I had my first massage here with Kaitlin. She did a wonderful job! Definitely got the areas in my shoulders where I felt tense. The space was welcoming and comfortable. I'll definitely be returning.

I went to Uptown Waterloo Therapy for the first time yesterday and am very pleased with the service I received. I had a 60 minute massage with Rachel and felt wonderful after the treatment. Rachel was able to target problem areas in my back and gave me stretching exercises to use to avoid stress build up in my shoulders. The facilities are simple and clean and the treatment room is bright and comfortable.

I visited Uptown Waterloo Therapy for the first time last month and had an appointment with Jamie. I have been to a few different RMTs in the past and this was by FAR the best treatment I have received. All of my problem areas were addressed without feeling painful. Jamie was also very knowledgeable and provided helpful tips for prevention of tension.

Rachel Goldsmith is knowledgeable and professional massage therapist. Uptown Waterloo Therapy is a very clean and welcoming space to relax and unwind. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a capable massage therapist who knows how to support her clients. I specifically go for recovery from a shoulder surgery and I have seen gains in my range of motion since being Rachel's client.
