If I could give less than one star I would. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept that day or moped in a week and the bathroom was worse. The service was inept the man served me my coffee through the steamer can onto the sink and splashed water on me and his response was your alright I had to ask for paper towels to wipe the water off. I was with a friend so didn't want to make a scene but I did make the comment that the place needed a manager. I will never go back there. Anne-Marie

Lineup with customer issues at the front and some girl is sweeping the floor slow as molasses. Give that girl a freakin espresso! When she was asked to help she rolls her eyes and slowly saunters over. We waited 15mins for our coffees and were 3rd in line with simple orders. 3 people came and left behind us. It was almost funny but we were pressed for time. Would not go back!

I order from here multiple times a week and multiple times I have been spoken very rudely to by a lot of the regular employees regarding online ordering, mask wearing, and customer service. Don’t get me wrong, I wear a mask every day and work in customer service myself so I get the importance of following health protocol. The Fort st. location is particular has horrendous customer service. If you can, order from another location. I will not be giving this location my business from this day forward, considering I was a loyal customer and was treated as if I didn’t understand anything.

I was going to that location for almost 9 months and over that time I would use my mobile app to place a order that i usually would get 5 days a week! and at least 3 out of the 5 days they would not make the drink properly! and then either their stupid online app order would be not working (AGAIN)! Then they did their reno's which i think were totally a waste of money and time and things got worse!! I will never go to that location ever again and I have been going to a quiet little location on Shelbourne St which always gets my drink right and done quickly and with a smile! i spend a lot of money in a year with StarBucks and I think that location really needs a shift in procedures or staff!!!

Popular spot but with good seating and atmosphere.......(my older review) now however, I went for breakfast this morning and here is a gentleman sound asleep in the bench (see photo)....of course everyone looked but most just grabbed their orders and left....management did nothing....I talked to one of the staff and said it didn't exactly fit with the Starbucks image....another older customer then complained also about it and as it turns out she had been accosted (physically grabbed by the neck etc..staff had to pull him off and call police.) so this additional situation disturbed her understanably so...SO....it appears there might be an issue here at this location with a lack of management policy in this regard but they should get on top of it....it is across from the Eric Martin Pavilion which deals with those with mental imparements so Starbucks should be vigilant. I will return, but just be aware of this possible issue.

Lovely staff, spacious, great parking and plenty of seating with power and USB ports. Let's be real. coffee ain't cheap. Starbucks also charges extra for milk alternative (I am lactose intolerant, so not really a choice). BUT: Every. Single. Time. No matter what I say: they leave room in my coffee. Every. Single. Time. I don't want to be that guy who asks the barista to heat up more milk to fill my cup. Sometimes, rarely I do, but worst case the tension that creates is tangible. So, here I am, sipping on my coffee that is missing 10% of its contents. Every. Single. Time. If there was a different Starbucks close to home, I would go. I really would. See picture. That is the best they can do. Forget getting it without room. Don't ask me why...

I've been going to this starbucks a long time. It's always been an interesting place due to it being beside a hospital, high school, private school a psychiatric facility. The staff are warm, welcome and inclusive. The new renovation has definitely made it even better, but busier. I love working some weekday afternoons from there and meeting friends for coffees. Great ambiance, fantastic staff and cool community. Keep up the great work guys!

Slow. Slow. Slow. Staff often stand around talking in the morning while the person on till is struggling to keep up. A line up to the door and no one calling down the line or using the second till. The person busing in the cafe is slow. This morning the staff member was "organizing" the sugar packets at the condiment stand, completing in the way of other customers. I find this 90% per cent of the time when I go there. It's not a good start to the day to go to this Starbucks. I've reorganized my morning just so I don't have to go to this Starbucks.

This Starbucks is located in mall with a two hour parking limit. If you do some grocery shopping and linger over your coffee too long you might get a $36 parking ticket like me. Then because Robbins online payment system was down and I forgot to go back later and redo it, it turned into a $65 ticket. Try Hillside Mall where they don't hassle you.

I came in today at noon with my father for a coffee and while waiting together in line (masks on and social distancing from other customers) we were asked to split apart and stand on separate floor stickers. I politely informed the staff member (who later claimed to be the manager and refused to give me her name when I requested to make a complaint) that my father was part of my personal bubble and that we were being courteous of other people's personal space. The staff member said to my father and I that it is just the rules and she is just enforcing them. I respectfully stood on my designated sticker the best I could. Enjoying conversation with my father, we were interrupted once again and told to stand apart only this time in an unpleasant tone. At this point I looked around the store and realized my father and I were being singled out. I pointed out many customers in the store breaking her "rules" yet she persisted to harass my father and I while we waited for our coffee. At this point I wanted to get my coffee and get out. Finally our names were called and we pick up our drinks, but the staff member needed to make one last snarky remark by wishing us "a super fantastic day" in an extremely sarcastic manner. That for me was it. That is not customer service, that is passive aggression. I asked for her name and she outright refused, saying "I'm not giving you my name". I then requested to speak with a manger, to which she replied "I am the manager". I then told her to learn how to do her job, and left. Livid.
