Chris is a very talented and warm counsellor. I was incredibly overwhelmed and had a lot coming at me at once with making the difficult decision to moving my dad into care, managing my own business and other family issues. He asked all the right questions and kept me honest with myself and others. I'm the type that can't say no.. learning how to set boundaries was tough. Really appreciate the guidance Chris provided. Loved the comfortable and professional office space and the flexibility of online sessions. Highly recommend Chris to anyone who's looking for counseling services.
