Everyone at this clinic was very professional, friendly and efficient. I got in to see the NP 45 minuets faster than I was quoted and the NP was very throrough and proficient including the OTN doctor. Best experience of all the walkin clinics I have been to in Belleville.

Went online to book an appt between 9-10am. It is now 10:15am and the appointment was never confirmed. They took the health card info so I will be calling OHIP to ensure they have not billed the govt for a nonexistant appointment. Will not attempt again-shady.

This is a great clinic, nurses and pharmacists arefriendly personable, quick and efficient, I saw a sign I believe regarding using them as a family dr if you don't have one... I forgot to look again when I went back to have a prescription filled, but it's definitely something id be interested in looking into further. Brought my teenage daughter there and the nurse was great when faced with a 14 year old girls attitude not wanting to get blood work lol. Also when I went there a few months ago the nurse was knowledgable regarding my facemask which had a band logo, and dropped their catch phrase in conversation, so that was 11/10 service right there :) seriously though, as someone who doesn't feel comfortable in a lot of places, I feel alright there, I don't dread going. Thank you!!

This is not a walk-in clinic. I've gone twice and they were closed even though they were supposed to be open. I left work early and arrived on Friday at 5:05 p.m. I was told they closed early (supposed to be open until 6 p.m.) since there were no patients. I worked Saturday so couldn't go. I left work today (Monday) at 4:30 p.m. to get there at 5 even though they are supposed to be open until 7 p.m. They were apparently closed all day. Unfortunately there is no proper walk-in clinic in Trenton. I won't come back because I've wasted my time twice in a row.

The greater Belleville region area has been starving for caring, medical professionals since August '18 with the loss of the only day-time walk-in clinic. Consequently, giving a great rating to a new medical clinic is a potentially risky venture as it will let everyone know about this hidden gem but I was always taught to recognize good work and great people and so here goes...... I have been to this walk-in clinic twice over the past three months and have received truly professional health care both times. If you are reading this review and think that the word 'professional' is perhaps a lost word when used to describe the current walk-in health services in the Belleville region, then please stop stressing- the region has been blessed. This facility may be relatively small in size (albeit very conveniently located within a pharmacy); however, the extremely efficient and polite staff, highly competent health nurses who clearly care about you and the short wait time to talk to a doctor all make this clinic the very best in the region. I want to thank the young team of health professionals for bringing sincere passion and caring back to the region. You are AMAZING :-)) Sincerely, Andrew

They will tell you that they cannot discuss the results of a test and that it will be sent to your doctor. Then take then his name and info and say it will be sent to him. By the time you get to your doctor he will not have the tests you were sent for. Then you will call the clinic back and they will say they weren't told to send it. (im very very ill and time was crucial)

Went to this clinic for the first time this past weekend. The girl working the desk (I feel bad that I didn't get her name) was quite lovely and very helpful. As well, Sierra (the nurse on duty) was equally as fantastic and took my information down accurately. I got connected with a doctor who served to acknowledge Sierra's expert diagnosis and deliver a prescription, then off I went. Took maybe a half hour of my life. A wonderful service provided here.

What a great experience I've encountered today at Trenton Medical Care...Quinte West The receptionist, Ms. Madison welcomed us with an warm smile and a very professional presence. Very accommodating and resourceful! More pleasent surprise followed with the consultation offered by Ms. Ciara, the on site full time nurse, professionally confident, supportive and a great listener. Went there for a little medical intervention, nervous and uncomfortable and Ms. Ciara with her lovely energy, calmed me down and performed the procedure with a feathery touch. Didn't feel any discomfort. Thank you, ladies, keep up the Great Work you do!!!

I was sceptical about going to a walk in clinic where the doctor is not physically present to see you. But after going to my family doctor twice and him not being able/ not willing to really help me I decided to give it a try because I had nothing to lose. The receptionist was extremely friendly as was the nurse working. I got a diagnosis within 15 minutes for something my family doctor couldn't do despite 2 visits. Very pleased with the service I received and will be going back if I ever need anything else.

Waited an hour & a half to see a doctor, it was so busy there was no places to sit. The doctors connect with you via web cam, I don't understand how you can get an accurate diagnosis when the doctor isn't even there. I had to get blood work done and still haven't gotten any results back its been over 2 weeks! I am not impressed and wont be back I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone!!!

I went to the clinic the other day for a cold and Sierra was fantastic. She was very patient and completed all the proper assessments. I was in and out in 15min, prescription filled, and back home to bed! Great Service, I highly recommend.
