Brighton physio is my go to when I need to deal with a workplace or sports injury. They get me in quickly and the friendly, competent staff have always effectively treated my need. Due to their efforts and direction I have recovered from tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, torn tricep and injured knee. They bill my health insurance provider directly so there's no fuss submitting claims.

I received surgery to my left shoulder ie: Torn Rotator cuff/Super Spinatus tear from shoulder to Lower left Bicep. Once healed enough I was able to receive Physiotherapy from Brighton Physiotherapy. The Reception was very kind and professional and they took me right in. From the moment I entered even though I was wearing a mask. They gave me a new one, took my temperature and went over the Covid questions. (This happened every visit) Very Professional. They even had a separate plastic tub to put my wet/snowy shoes in. The Physiotherapist was Very kind and Professional. The clinic was very clean and organized. The therapist would move and stretch my arm always asking my pain level. There were 2 physio therapists that would work on me. One for stretching exercises and the other for ultrasound. Both Very polite and Nice. This went on for 7weeks until I felt I could fly on my own. Thank-You Brighton Physiotherapy Clinic for all you help and Professional Courtesy. You are Highly recommended in my opinion. With Sincere Thanks, God Bless Barry Ott Brighton, Ont.

The staff here is AMAZING! From the receptionist right down to the physiotherapist. My initial appointment was great and Craig is very personable and makes sure you understand every step you're taking before you take it. He makes you feel at home and comfortable. His PTA was great at my second appointment explaining the treatments and what they do. I feel like even after only 2 appointments I'm ready to run a marathon!

My husband & I relocated to the area for me to be closer to the clinic, and everyone was so helpful with advice- from what realtor to use, houses in the area that were for sale... to what restaurants to try once we'd moved. From the moment you enter the door you are immediately put at ease by the welcoming smile of patient coordinator Debbie and her enjoyable disposition. Her skills of negotiating through the red tape of insurance companies is a thing of rare beauty and a pleasure to behold. Delving deeper, you will meet a staff of the friendliest, most knowledgeable specialists in most any county. They each have an insightful understanding of the body and how all parts are interconnected in affecting others. Craig the physio-therapist whose expertise with acupuncture needles is sharp as….well you get it. His compadre Melanie is every bit as thorough as he, and along with the rest of the educated staff, take extra care with each client, offering a heaping helping of kindness and consideration of your particular disorder as they go about treating people with a wide assortment of injuries and ailments. A special shout out to Kim, the pleasant massage therapist for tirelessly tackling and working out those pesky kinks that play havoc with my aging arthritic carcass as it suffers the agonizing chronic pain of a feisty sciatic nerve. If you have need of braces, supports or liniments, they have them readily on hand for the relief of your injured area. When dealing with this outstanding staff of professionals, you will feel as though you are popping in on family or friends; only you will come away feeling so much better. She is extremely good at pinpointing problem areas and uses deep tissue massage to improve and/ or resolve these trouble spots. Their VERY safe and following all safety measure for Covid-19, even if number are high in Ontario the level of safety measure they do is far beyond the minimum requirements. Yes their open during the stay at home order, after all your physical health is important now more then ever. I'm Thankful to have them on my personal health teams.

This is THE place to go for PHYSIO, whether it is needed as a result of accident, injury or health issues. From the moment you arrive, receptionist Deb makes you feel welcome. The help you need is there - as PT Craig Martell and assistant Melanie are professional, caring and thorough. They offer a wide range of treatments in a clean comfortable, safe environment, and full assessments. Craig customizes exercise programs, does follow-up and your progress is monitored to suggest modifications if needed. They ensure your exercises are being done properly and provide you with all the support you need. The office sends appointment reminders, and is flexible in helping you meet your recovery goals. There are also Massage Therapists on site. This location carries a wide array of physio supports and supplies, and are a great source of information on all things Physio related. From the friendly and helpful receptionist (Deb), to the initial assessment by Craig, and the professional, efficient and effective treatment by him and Melanie, this place has it all. The facility is always impeccably clean, and to top it all off, with friendliness beyond compare, by the time you are finished your first visit, they'll have you feeling like you're part of the "family". I don't think I could have found a better place to go for treatment on my foot/ankle and have nothing but the highest praise for the staff.

Once I received the “green light” from the fracture clinic after breaking my ankle that I could finally start physiotherapy, I was full of mixed emotions. I was very happy that I was finally at this point in my healing but also nervous, anxious and scared because I had not experienced physio before. When I met with Craig he quickly put me at ease. Doctor recommended this rehab centre for my rotator cuff tears and inflammation. I've never had physio, so was skeptical as to whether anything but surgery might help. From my first appointment, I felt comfortable with the staff, and felt they really listened, and cared about my problem. Since starting about six weeks ago, I've made great strides with shoulder movement. My pain has subsided as well. Started massages along with physio last week (another first for me), and just so impressed with how much the two treatments have helped. A big thankyou to Kayla, Nicole and your entire staff for their help! Highly recommend!!! .
