Went to exchange two items with receipt but didn't have the tag. She acted as if I have done the biggest mistake in my life. Come on guys, you have the SKU or UPC in your receipt.

I went to Suzy Shier, Village Mall to take advantage of their 40% off sale yesterday I have an orthopedic walking cane for extra stability (back surgery next month) . The first time I went shopping in over a month because walking is a pain, literally. I was carrying the items that I wanted to try on my one free arm . Not one of the sales girls offered to take the items to start a fitting room for me. I had to walk to them to ask if they could take the items from me and place them in the fitting room. When I went to the fitting rooms, I noticed they had the average cubicle style fitting rooms and one large one. I asked if there was a fitting room with a chair and they said no so I went to the normal sized room. Again no assistance offered. If you are injured or disabled, this store doesn't accommodate or even try to help! They could use some Customer Service skills and a little bit of kindness!
