The whole team at South Coast Physio is excellent! I am always greeted by a smile no matter who is sitting at the administrative assistant desk. Dr. Khizar and his team are truly invested in making my knee better and you can tell! Dr. Khizar makes great conversation and asks all the right questions to ensure I am getting all the help I need. I also really enjoy working with the assistants as well. I feel terrible as I forgot the name of who takes care of me almost every time I come in. However, he is excellent! I was told by my doctor that my herniated disc was too severe to be fixed by physiotherapy and that I would need surgery. Rajesh saw me three times a week for three months and took special care to make sure surgery wouldn't be needed. And it isn't! I am incredibly grateful for the amazing care I received by him and his team, especially Shiv, and the friendly service of the office staff. Thank you all so much! ♥️

I didn't dislike it, it was my first visit and just to get registered and set up an initial consultation. The front staff were both friendly and helpful. Since now having my initial consultation, I have changed my rating. The front staff are helpful and courteous. The physiotherapist I met with was very well prepared and professional, explaining everything clearly and completely. I will add more after my treatment.

I've been a patron of theirs for a few months now, l left back in April due to a hamstring injury and came back. My physio therapist left and I was assigned a new one. I don't know what this place did during my month off but they've overloaded themselves with people so much so that the physiotherapist can't remember who I am when I show up for my treatment, and I have to tell him which knee it is every time. They've also done the exact same thing on me for the whole month with no change in activities and no improvement on my end. And I have ACL surgery next week, so it's weird they're not making me as strong as I should be. They know their stuff I think, and they're friendly but it's not helping me, so I've decided to leave and go to athletic therapy in town for my post-op recovery

I'm so thankful for the treatment I received at South Coast Physio in Simcoe. I was able to get my first appointment in less than a week after my surgery. Each week I was given exercises to do at home which were not too difficult but were very effective in strengthening my leg muscles so I am able to walk without a walker now. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

A few weeks ago, I went to South Coast P.T. in Simcoe with severe lower pain due to an injury. At that point, I could barely walk due to the pain. After a short consult with the Physiotherapist, Rajesh, he knew what was wrong with me and how to treat my condition. After just a couple of weeks, I was able to walk pain free. Rajesh has been excellent and the entire team in Simcoe is very friendly and professional which is great, especially when you are in pain. I have closely followed the program that Rajesh has put together for me and I cannot be happier. We are now working at improving core strength to prevent future injury. South Coast Physiotherapy in Simcoe was fantastic. I went in with an unknown issue, well I knew what the pain was but it didn't fit many parameters to fully diagnose. After a few sessions, Rashid Nasir did wonders. After 4 visits, I moved to bi-weekly and was pain free in very little time. Things were always explained in a fashion that you didn't need to have a medical degree to actually understand. Staff was always courteous, and very efficient. No long waits. In and out and on your way in no time at all. I would highly recommend South Coast Physio in Simcoe, ON for your physiotherapy needs.

South Coast Physio handled my post knee replacement treatment and I could not be happier with the results. The staff is great. Sol Sam and Mel encouraged and worked with me through the tough tough early weeks and push ed me through the final weeks to build up my strength in order to return to work. The girls up front were always there with a smile and a jab to keep me motivated. Appointments were on time and when I wanted them. Thanks guys great job !!!!

Meh...I guess it’s what one would expect since it is OHIP coverage...the physiotherapist gives u a set of exercises leaves to see next patient then pops back to give u another set...if you have insurance or can afford I would suggest another place

My experience at South Coast Physiotherapy was great. Rajesh Kumar was my physiotherapist and he was very professional and tailored an exercise program for my specific injury. With the exercises I did at home and the therapy I received in the clinic I was feeling a significant decrease in my pain within a few weeks. I would highly recommend him and the clinic. I have had two knee replacement surgeries recently and have been working with the Simcoe team for my recovery. The team is a fantastic group and I would highly recommend them. The administrative group at the front make me feel very welcomed on each visit. The physio team really puts me at ease making me feel that they are my side and doing their professional best to help me recover. I am quite pleased with my progress as is my surgeon. I have the confidence that this great team will get me back to where I should be in regards to the strength and movement of my knees.

Appointments are on time... I find the staff are very professional , courteous and friendly .I really feel like they genuinely care about me ...and my needs.. I highly recommend South Coast Physiotherapy, having had a near fatal industrial accident over three years ago and having used two other physio clinics. I’ve had great success here with chronic shoulder pain, in only 7 visits. The staff let you work at your own pace and never having acupuncture before, it has really relieved the pain. They’re very attentive and always checking to make sure you are not in pain and that you are doing the exercises properly. Great place ... professional staff.

I went for a few months. I felt like no matter your injury treatment is the same for everyone.. tens machine, heat and bands. The physio therapist is always to busy to address issues. It's like he forgets who you are every time... doesn't go threw with the treatment plan. And bills for things on insurance you never get. I wanted to wait to leave my review because I wasn't sure if it was just me. But I have now spoke with 4 different people with 4 very different injuries. It's the same story for all of us. If anyone wants to actually get looked after go to cobblestone in pairs! Much better in every aspect. Do not waste your time going to South coast.

I asked for an appointment due to severe pain that interfered with daily tasks including walking. Rajesh taught me exercises and treated my lower back with ultrasound and tens. I have followed the exercise plan completely and the pain has significantly diminished and is no longer interfering with my life and sleep. I am very grateful and plan to start riding my horse again. I came in looking for an appointment for my back. Upon talking to the front clerk, and seeing the general environment I decided not to book my next. The staff seemed somewhat unprofessional and there was a lot of miscommunication upon my initial conversation. I'm not sure how treatment is, however the general environment did not seem appealing at all.
