I showed up for my appointment and waited a half hour for my 45 minute massage before I just walked out, I will also add that I could hear her in the other room having a general conversation with someone giggling and carrying on, while I was waiting. I felt that my time was not taken seriously. This was her appointment that she booked at the last minute because she had to cancel my last appointment for whatever reason. And then she did that… ? Will never go there again.
