The staff at pt Health in Hagersville are quite friendly and professional. I was able to get an appointment quickly and after about 4-5 treatments my problem was resolved. I continue to do the suggested stretches at home. The only reason not providing a 5-star rating is that the clinic is very small and therefore not private at all.

This place is great! As soon as you walk in, all you see is smiling faces and such a welcoming vibe! They have an online appointment system so it was amazingly easy to book an appointment. They accommodate you for anything you have or need and I would honestly trust no one else for physio!!!

We had our team get a Injury Prevention Screening from the staff at Hagersville Physio. We knew the staff had a good back ground with working with athlete's and teams. The staff was able to give each athlete a home program to follow after the screening. We have been very happy with the success and results our athletes have achieved this year with one athlete being named to Team Canada and believe part of the success was because of this screening. If we found a athlete needed any treatment or other services there, they were able to get them in for an assessment within 48 hours. We highly recommend them! Thanks Hagersville Physiotherapy! Cannot express enough how wonderful this team is. I could not even walk because of my back injury and Kyle was so helpful nice and supportive. Hagersville Physiotherapist and staff are wonderful. Felt totally at home the minute I walked in the door the first time. I have a back injury they are working with, after the first visit I had muscles walking up I wished would go back to sleep. But gets a little better every day. I have been seeing Nick Guiler for a few weeks now with muscle and nerve pain in my arms and hands. He has done a great job working on my problems. Nick not only evaluates what he believes the problem may be, but also listens to my input and combines the two to come up with a treatment plan. In my opinion a excellent physiotherapist. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient.

My dad has been going for physio at Hagersville Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation for quite some time. He has Parkinson's and back issues and has lost a lot of his mobility. My father has nothing but good things to say about his physio appointments. He has mentioned that one of the people who is training actually walked him to his car and put his walker in his car for him. They clearly go the extra mile. A few weeks ago when I saw my dad, he told me that they gave him strategies for getting up off a chair, something that he has struggled with. Based on my dad's feedback, I would highly recommend Hagersville Physicotherapy and Rehabilitation.

From my first contact with reception to the first in person appointment I felt confident that I was in the right place. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, professional and honest with me. My physiotherapist is incredible, I feel challenged but also understood. The team is very open and understanding of my individual needs, strengths, and areas to work on. I also feel safe and well taken care of in regards to privacy and the protocols in place to prevent the transmission of illness during the pandemic.
