Susan has helped my family and myself for years.. her location is a safe environment and she has a great ear and offers sound advice. One of the most important aspects of Susan (and Andy) is they truly care. It's not easy spilling your issues but I know the advice and guidance comes from the most positive place and I can say without a doubt I am where I am today in large part from Susan's help. If you're considering using her services just pick up the phone and talk to them.. you'll see what I mean. :)

This therapist needs a Therapist. This therapist is Horrible, definitely not a marriage savor. She even tells you that a lot of her couples therapy end up in divorce. Yelled at me that I was being rude for identifying a weakness my partner needs to work on, only for my partner to agree with me, kind of shut her up. I agree that she take sides and judges the other partner before knowing the whole story. We both felt embarrassed for sharing our story with this non-professional. Her husband listens to your sessions in outside office. You get better marriage counseling and have a better chance of saving your marriage with a bartender. Avoid avoid avoid, keep searching, skip this Therapist.

Unfortunately we went for couples counselling but within minutes of sitting down found out that the therapist much preferred the woman's (my) point of view over the man's (my husband). Needless to say the whole experience didn't lend itself to my husband wanting to return and I couldn't, in good faith, encourage him to return. We're back to floundering around without addressing anything as this experience proved all of his worst fears about going for therapy to be true. A more balanced approach by the therapist would have been much more helpful.

My partner and I were so nervous to even call a therpist as we had never done anything like this before. After calling two others we called this office. From the first call to the first appointment the process was handled wonderfully. We were reassured about our confidetiallity, had our insurance expalined and were able to book an appointment withinout difficulty. The first appointment went very well. We found Susan very warm, easy to talk to and very insightful. We have now completed four appointments and already we are making great progress. My only regret is we didnt find Susan sooner! A great therapist, great practice and both my partner and I can highly recomend. Thank you so much!

Susan and Andy are both kind, compassionate, and professional people. Susan has a great mix of being warm and caring, while being firm when needed and pointing out different ways at looking at a situation. She truly cares about her clients, is willing to go deep into the emotional stuff, but more importantly gave me practical tools and resources to help me through my challenges so I didn't stay stuck. Wonderful Therapist! My partner and I tried two others before a close friend recommended Susan. She has helped us navigate a long term and frustrating problem in our relationship. She then helped us move forward to a place where we are so much happier. Our relationship has gone from strength to strength and our "issue" has not returned. Thank you so much, our sessions really have turned our marriage around. We still see Susan from time to time but mainly now to do with our children and parenting issues! Highly recommend.

This therapist is terribly biased and will immediately take sides and judge the other partner before knowing the whole story. Obviously incapable of being objective and favours the female in any couples scenario. Avoid at all costs.
