He is very professional and knowledgeable, staff are quite friendly, wait times could sometimes be a bit too long like other professionals. The reason for 4* is no one will answer the calls if you need to speak to someone you have to drive there.

Worst experience with a doctors in our lives. My husband has been suffering in agony for months and we keep getting the runaround by these doctors. They take their time with sending forms to insurance to make sure benefits will cover injections and don't call back when a patient has been begging for help and doctors notes for work. We are extremely disappointed and furious with the lack of communication and professionalism. Our trust and faith in these doctors has been lost. We debated going elsewhere but only stayed with these doctors because we would have to go through another waiting process and bought of testing. My husband is now crippled and deteriorating everyday he is only 36yrs old. He just wants his life back and i want my happy guy back.

Dr. KACHOOIE is one of the best Drs I ever met. She is higjly knowledgeable and explains very well the situation. Been seeing her since 2017 and her hands are just like magic. Great friendly staffs who assisted me from reception to the room. Thank you for the great experience! Highly recommended.

I arrived a bit earlier. Waited, 60 minutes passed my actual apmt. Her helper kindly filled out a questionnaire and explained a few useful hints. He also apologized about keeping me waiting. Dr. S. Kachooie came and treated me as if she knows me for many years. :) Very warm and friendly. She spent almost an hour on examining me. For first time a medical doctor listened to me till I stopped talking.:) She basically does this for every patient. How do you know, you may ask. Because people ahead of me came out from exam room after long time. I was thinking, while she was explaining my problem and teaching me a few hints, to ask her If I can see her again; she said to come back in 2 months. I quickly replied: In two months!!! :) If I wanted to score her office: 10+, no less.

Suggesting people not to visit doctor's office. The office admin person named Lorna is very rude and she doesn't like brown people. She seems racist to brown skin people. I went there to see a doctor and couple days later when my insurance company told me to sign a document, I called the office to book an appointment to drop the form. No one picked up the phone and no voice mail options to leave message. The telephone number was provided by the lady earlier. One day I went to the doctor's rehab centre and took the form to drop it. The rehab centre and doctor's office has an internal door which is always open. I told the receiptionist to check if anyone is available there and I can drop the insurance form. When she saw me near to the door she yelled at me and told she can't talk to me. I politely explain to her about the form keeping more than 10 ft distance. She told there is a fees of $180 to full up the form. When I informed her that insurance company will pay doctor's office $100 which is written there and she didn't say anything to me. I was wondering how come$180 fees dropped to $100. Today I tried to talk to her from the rehab door to make an appointment with doctor and Lorna started shouting with me and came back from the door. I see everytime she see me her attitude changed appears to me she is a racist with brown skin. Recently, I see couple of news that some people hate Asian people and I believe she is one of them. Based in my experiences with this office, I am suggesting people not to go to this doctor's office.

This review is for the clinic and Dr. Alireza Kachooie I did not see Dr. Sogoal Kachooie. Unpleasant experience, I went here with severe pain (4 years since a vehicle accident) through the whole right side of my torso from my lower ribs to my mid back, I already has a strong suspicion of what was occurring in my body. I handed him my condition on a silver platter and he failed to take the time, listen and diagnose me properly. I was referred here as it was suspected that I had Slipping Rib Syndrome, I mentioned this to the doctor many times however he was dismissive and never took the time to even look into the often missed and under diagnosed condition. If Dr. Kachooie ever reads this, Slipping Rib Syndrome is very real and very painful, it occurs when the tendons holding the cartilage of the false ribs break or stretch causing one or more rib tips to rub on the other ribs and intercostal nerves. Dr. Kachooie even felt my rib cartilage moving around but thought it was a band or tendon, turns out it was a rib tip from my 10th rib slipping under my 9th rib. If he had done some research into what I told him, I would have saved a lot of time and effort. At my last visit he seemed surprised that his injections weren't helping, he told me "If I can't help you no one can" and "No surgeon will touch you, you would need to find someone that is willing to operate on a dead dog.". His injections didn't work because he wasn't targeting the problem. It turns out Dr. Kachooie was very wrong. I went to see another physiatrist that took the time to listen did some research and diagnosed me that day, he knew that a dynamic ultrasound of the ribs was also required in order to capture this movement with imaging, this was done and it confirmed Slipping Rib Syndrome. I am now set to try intercostal nerve blocks and have a Thoracic Surgeon repair or removed the rib. There are many surgeons out there that have fixed this condition. Dr. Kachooie's clinic is like an injection factory nothing more. It might be okay if you know what your injury is and he's just treating that but he does not take time to listen and investigate something that he's never heard of. Not that is matters very much but the office is very outdated and looks straight out of the 80s or older. I also had to pick up my own injections from the pharmacy which was quite inconvenient. The office staff were okay but not overly friendly and very to the point. Overall stay away from this place if you can, probably the worst experience I've had with a medical professional. SO glad I found another doctor that took the time to get to the bottom of my painful condition.

The 5 star reviews saying "She" and the 1 start reviews saying "he" I've been there a few times and I've only been seen by a male so I assumed that the doctor was a man. Wait times are extremely long. He did find what was wrong with me through my MRI but seemed like there wasn't any real solution for a fix.

Dr. Kachooie's team was very professional. The lady at the front desk was very efficient. The doctor himself listened to my complaints of pain and gave me some exercises that have really helped strengthen my back.

I disagree with anyone to underate the team at this clinic . I was in a car accident over 15 years and I received agressive therapy and the staff is excellent, I was released because I was healed but still needed to come for maintence. The best clinic and staff in Toronto.
