I was told that in the midst of COVID that I was meant to call, and recieve medication through fax. There is literally a review under me that proves that all lines were CLOSED during COVID. I was discharged from my own mental health services unknowingly with zero means of contact. They dont reply to the several calls ive left in the last month. So bad job as far as the service is concerned.

5/5! I've had a very great experience with this place. Doctor is top notch and very accomodating (Dr. Ngyuen;) - very understanding; nurse is always polite and professional. I get a needle here every 3 months now because i've been doing so well (used to be every month). I've never had an issue. But I have noticed that you need to schedule your appointments ahead of time with the doctors and nurses and so long as you make your appointments you shouldn't have an issue at all. In all the years I've been going there, I don't remember ever having to reschedule or having an issue. That having been said I couldn't get somebody on the phone during covid-19 recently; nor could I leave a voicemail (voicemail no longer exists for some reason); The phone just keeps ringing; And also I couldn't email them a question. I had to physically go to the location and talk to the receptionist and book a phone call with the doctor, which might take weeks to hear from because they're very busy. So if nobody is picking up the phone dont even bother just pop in one day and talk to the front desk. That's the only issue i've ever had with this place. But considering that everything is covered (including my 3,500$~ needle every 3 months) i can't complain at all. Thank you to Ontario and Canada for this place. Words cant express my gratitude. 5/5! WE'RE BLESSED!

Dr. Nguyen is the best - he should win an award for his outstanding abilities as a Doctor. The front desk staff and the nurses are all excellent too. What a great team of people!

I appreciate finally getting meds . Bit other people kept walking in during appointment . I found that once again unprofessional . Middle.of.appointment Asian lady walks in On appointment and doctor leaves with her . It took a year to get help and meds . It only tool 8 cancelled appointments that were cancelled . Not impressed . The lettrr to my doctor was different from what she told me . She was suppose to up zoloft she up trazadone and recommended heart test . Just trazadone.was.mentioned in letter . Getting mental help in this city well begged for it cant get help .
