We had an appointment at 8:50 for our newborn to see Terry Malloy and we showed up at 9:01 due to the construction up town. They have a 10 minuet appointment leeway but still had us reschedule. Not to mention whenever we are on time we are sitting in the lobby for almost 30 minuets waiting.
