I have been a patient of Bay Dental Group since returning to Northern Ontario 15 years ago. I have had some major procedures including a tooth implant. My experience has been that the staff are friendly and professional - providing the best, most up-to-date dental care available. Dr. Piscopo and now Dr. Billy Lin are the best. The Hygienists - Lori, and now Hana are also real pro's with engaging personalities.

Receptionist was rude to begin with and then told me they are not accepting new patients. May be good dental work, but don't waste your time.

I went to bay dental during the pandemic as not many dentists were open (including my own). Bay dental was very friendly , clean environment, took every possible precaution with covid and also had fast service . Dr Sicoly and his assistant Leanna were nothing but amazing , friendly , funny and patient. I had horrible dental experiences in the past but after my apt with them, I was less scared. It’s not just about getting the job done fast to get more clients ( like other places I’ve been). Dr. Sicoly took the time to make sure the job was done proper and also took the time out to make sure I was comfortable and pain free, never making me feel bad when needing more freezing or an extra minute. Thank you bay dental for restoring my faith in dentist and for welcoming me to your business

Didn't even end up getting an appointment here but the staff was 10x more helpful than any other place I called and offered real solutions for me in the worst case. If your on the fence and they are still taking patients, i'd give them a shot just based on their customer service

I have been a die-hard patient and fan of Dr Piscopo my whole life. A while back I needed to get in right away and they offered for me to see Dr Lin. I have had bad experiences with other dentists before, so I was hesitant--but desperate. It turns out I had nothing to worry about. Dr Lin is kind, energetic, and a very skilled dentist. He goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and understand each step of the process. My 10-year-old nephew suffers from anxiety and hates dentists, however he loves Dr Lin and looks forward to his visits! I could not recommend them more. Terri, Michelle and the rest of the front staff are always friendly and helpful. Kelly and the other hygeniest are gentle and amazing as well! Keep up the good work!
