Dr. Ojo is the worst doctor I have ever seen. She is extremely unprofessional and rude. My granddaughter seen her three times and each time she was unconcerned with dislike attitude towards her. She was yelling at us with her eyes bulging out, to go see a psychiatrist. Ok, referral please. We got no referral and was told not to come back! Don't waste your time seeing her! I rate her a -10!

Dr.ojo idk how its spelt sorry if that's wrong. But she is my fathers doctor and is the worst one he has ever had. Do not recomend anyone to her, she doesnt care about her patients one bit. My dad is in the hospital right now because of her, she constantly makes everything dificult. And i dont think she should be able to practice medicine anymore! Not happy at all with this office.

Service is so bad here, I had an appointment at 1 o clock and they opened the door at 1:20 ,everyone was waiting outside, awful experience waiting. However, doctors are really polite and caring here .

I wish I could rate just the receptionists. I would definitely give them 5 stars. They're truly amazing. That's the only thing I can say that's positive. I was referred to Dr. Brennan by my family doctor. My first appointment was in December 2020. They sent me an information package with a 4 page form to fill out. I filled it out (it was a pretty in depth history) as well as I could. I was admitted to Calder Centre for a month. My appointment with Dr. Brennan was during my stay there, so I arranged to do out appointment over the phone. I made sure they knew I was at Calder and didn't have my own phone, so he'd have to call the centre to talk to me. He didn't call me on the day of the appointment. I called his office the next day to ask about it. The receptionist rebooked me for the next day. Same thing. I didn't get a call. I phoned the office again and they rebooked me again. I again made sure they knew the right number to call. He finally did call and we talked for 11 minutes and 26 seconds (that's what the timer on the phone I used said) instead of the hour and a half the note they sent said. We didn't touch on the form I had to fill out. At the end of the "session," he said he wanted to see me in person in about a month. I called after I got home from Calder to make an appointment. It was for the first week of February. It was going to be in person. A receptionist called morning of saying that Dr. Brennan was going to be working from home and he'd call me. He didn't call, so I called them the next day to reschedule. I was able to make one for a few days after. Again, it was supposed to be in person, and again, the receptionist called morning of saying he was going to call. She said that Dr. Brennan was also running late, so he was going to call me a couple hours later than the original appointment. She added that I should call if he doesn't call to reschedule again. He didn't call again. Again, I called and they did the same thing. Currently, he's 45 minutes late for our appointment today. I very much don't recommend him. -5 stars for sure.

Dr. Brennan is meant to be my psychiatrist, but it is hard to say that he actually is. Thus far I have made 8 and he has cancelled 4 of them, been 30 minutes late for 1, and THREE AND A HALF HOURS late for my most recent one. Of the 4 appointments that he's cancelled, 2 were with basically zero notice. One of which I only found out was cancelled when I arrived at his office. I work with clients everyday and I can't imagine treating their time with such disregard or disrespect. My clients would certainly choose to work with someone else. If working with a different psychiatrist didn't involve a 2 year wait, I'd do that too. On the plus side, his staff has always been kind and responsive, but I can tell they were as exasperated as I was and I feel bad for them as this has to be regular occurrence.

Love my doctor. But somethings are getting to me. Over the holidays this year going into 2022. My Symptoms were out of control. They do NOT have holiday hours?! Anywhere! Normally this would not be an issue. But I've been trying to get a hold of anyone since before Christmas. Two weeks ago and had no idea they were closed because it doesn't even specify on the website. It is an amazing place I just wish information was easier to gather. Because if there is no one at the clinic... you don't know anything.

Great Doctors but Staff runs on powertrips..they decide what's best and who's best for the Doctors to see.. Was told to go to a Walk In Clinic. Not the best staff around. My Doctor has been at that office for the 3 years i have been seeing her..and i only get in when the reception says so and not when i need too. Front staff need to get off their high horses.

The treatment I have recieved at this place has been life-changing. My doctor is the best I have ever had, and he is amazing at what he does. The secretarial staff are so polite and professional. Great work!

I had a really horrible experience here and can't recommend this clinic. For a medical service, they have little compassion and put me in an incredibly uncomfortable situation and then accused me of causing it. Anyone that needs mental health support should avoid this clinic entirely. I had a regular doctor here who moved clinics to an area of town that isn't accessible to me, they made no attempt to continue providing me care and turned me away although I was a patient at this clinic for 8 years. Very disappointing and frustrating.

If I could give a zero star I would. Dr. Stephan Brennan is hands down the biggest waste of my time. Takes months to get in has cancelled on me 5 times now. I will not be returning and I will be contacting the health authority to launch a formal complaint. If you read any other reviews this isn't something new. I feel sorry for the girls at the front having to lie to people everyday about this guys reasons not to work.

Dr. Akinpelu is amazing and very good at listening. I like that she actually looks at you, and writes down things. And she actually examines you with her hands! Not just listen and google and give you a pill. And she called me to tell me results of a test. My kids love her too! Have sent a few family and friends her way :)

Dr Ojo is a wonderful doctor and has always been kind to me. See always goes out of her way to help , in anyway she can . We are blessed to have her and the front staff are always helpful and very kind and I have been a patient there for many years. I have seen many people demanding this and that . If people would be kind and polite, they would get the same in return , you won't find a better clinic and better doctors any ware else, Randy Mcgraw

Dr Brennan is a Specilest of only a few in the province. He has to reschedule a lot of his meetings sometimes the last minute. You have to call the day in advance of your appointment of that date to see if he's going to be in or not or if he's cancelled usually by 10am or erlyer the girls and friendly staff of Victoria Medical associates will let you know if he's going to be infor your appointment or if he has to reschedule. They don't do call reminders for appointments cuz sometimes dr. Brennan doesn't make it in to the office for the next day, I imagine due to covid-19 he does a lot of his work from home or maybe he goes to his other Clinic that he sometimes works which I think is the Westside clinic but I'm not sure? Is rescheduling can be a hassle but at least you get to see him and he is a specialist, thank you Victoria Medical associates. Oh and thankful that office is on the good bus ???? route. Absolutely unimpressed with the quality of service. The front house staff is unorganized and dont know how to use the phone. Apts canceled, misinformed about apt times resulting to further the apt. These are people's health you have in your hands. Cant say too much about the doctor's as we keep getting bumped for our apt.

I am absolutely disgusted by the front desk lady. 14 years working in customer service myself I've never experienced someone so careless and rude. I have booked an appointment a month ago and tried calling to cancel 2 days prior. No answer. My rescheduled appointment was supposed to be today at 5pm but when i called the lady basically told me i am not welcome here. Would not try to help or understand. Was the rudest front desk lady and highly unprofessional. Argued with me stating I never called to cancel so am being charged $50 and cancelled my appointment with no warning because I didn't pay $50 for an appointment i tried rescheduling. For a place that deal with mental health patients I recommend new staff members that will treat those clients the way they deserve and need. It's not my problem to pay $50 because someone couldn't answer the phone. I can't even imagine the stress this lady has put onto other clients. I'm truly concerned for the people that go in and out of this clinic. I will also be providing proof of calls to Health Authorities to remove my charge.

There is a Dr. There whose name is some like Apuguhu or sonething. What an unprofessional and nasty incompetent horrible lazy woman. She can't write basic prescriptions without errors and she won't deal with your problems she simply does what SHE thinks is your problem. A very rude Dr. With no skills at all. The staff is sloppy and constantly confused and muddling.

Will not return after many disappointing appointments. disrespectful staff. No call backs when told "you are on a callback list and WILL be call back". Dr. Peluola rushes through appointments without answering full questions or giving any real help. asked multiple times for resources to finding some outside help, would not give any recommendations other than CBT powerpoints. missed an appointment due to hospitalization and they have 0 concern for that even after a phone call still trying to charge for a missed appointment. Do not recommend coming here.

Seen the same doctor for years and used to go to their old location, and all I can say is the new front desk staff are not helpful. Made things very hard for me to make appointments. They seemed confused about letters they sent me for updates. I stayed because all my old medical history was there but I'm ready to start with a new doctor and place where the staff is more organized.

My husband comes here. You guys open at 9 am I call the office usually quarter after 9.and your answering machine comes on and says you guys are closed. What's the deal..you guys have terrible receptionist.

Canceled within 1 hr of our appointment. We waited 4 months to get in. Left us high and dry without answering phone calls or even an answering machine message. We traveled 4 hours, had to sleep over night, and had to take time off of work. Cannot believe they would treat mental health patients this way. I am looking for a refund for lost wages for a while day of work off.

Had a terrible allergic reaction. It was the closest place i could get to. THEY TURNED ME AWAY. Dr. Ojo was family doctor. At one point she acused me of being a pill seeker even after the pharmisit explained her (Dr.Ojos) error.

Dr. Brennan is the worst most unreliable Dr. i have every dealt with, he has cancelled most appointments Ive mad. The most recent one i had called earlier in the day to make sure it was still on and they told me it was, after i had already got in my car and drove into the city they called me and told me the appointment was cancelled. the appointment prior Dr. Brennan said he would look into new medications and get his secretary to call me to schedule an appointment by the end of the week, i was left wondering about it until i called myself to make an appointment a month later. the worst place you could go for mental health issues

The doctor is now twenty minutes late for a scheduled phone call. The reception told me that they would have a day off and I'd be unable to contact, but the doctor would be in office. Now I'm waiting for something that may not happen and I have no way of finding out if it is or if it isn't going to happen. You couldn't leave someone on the hook harder.

I absolutely love my doctor here, but the front staff are just horrible. They expect me to pay a $60 fine for an appointment I did t even know about or schedule.
