Was recommended to this clinic by friends while visiting S'toon and finding myself in need of unexpected chiropractic care. I went for two adjustments and was seen in a timely manner by Dr. Pochylko. He is friendly, kind, and efficient; and his adjustments were effective. The only downside to the clinic is that it is not wheelchair accessible coming in the main entrance (no automated doors). They are in a strip mall, so this is probably the landlord's responsibility; however, it seems strange for a clinic that cares for people's mobility.

My chiropractor is excellent. Everything feels very personal. They ask the right questions and work quickly and efficiently. After being a patient for about 3 months some of the secretaries can identify me on sight for my appointments. I only have two problems. 1. The waiting time can be a bit ridiculous. You book an appointment for 2:15, show up at 2:00, but you might not get in to see the doctor until 2:45. 2. My doctor of choice likes to go on vacation for an entire month about every three months. While he does have a recommendation for who to see whole he's away, she doesn't do things in the same way and it can feel very unsatisfying.

Appointment was at 1:45 and didn’t see chiropractor until after 2:45. Chiropractor was good. No explanation was given for longer wait. Not great to be running that far behind schedule for people that take time off work for appointments.

Most of the receptionists were friendly. Went to two different chiropractors here. One was great, the other one not at all. Your appointment time you booked, is NOT your appointment time. Minimum half an hour after your appointment, if not longer, before you get in. I have waited for over an hour a couple of times after my scheduled appointment. They are always behind time!

Dr. P is always great, got some Physio here with a PT who was awesome, and massage was great also. Usually if I show up 15 mins early I can be driving home by the time my chiro appointment was to start. Dr. P WORKS WONDERS. Dr. Hornick filled in for him a couple times and he also did amazing work, after 3 years at the clinic I'm comfortable enough to let them adjust my spinal fusions. Real pro staff all the way around.

Dr. Bodnar is amazing great bedside manners almost always get in earlier than my appointment time. Can book last minute to suit my schedule ????. Open early and close late. Open on Saturdays which is a huge plus! Been going there for over a year now. My back is like night and day. I went from not being able to stand or walk to full mobility.

Fixed my back and knee. Wait isn't usually too long and everyone is friendly and helpful. Lots of waiting rooms, nice cool lobby area, and a variety of times available until later in the day makes it easy to fit in without having to take time off work. Perfect for me. Only thing taking away from 5 stars is the price, but I'm from a small town so haven't really compared across the city much.

As a first time patient, Dr. Parish impressed me with his thoroughness and patient/chiropractor manners. He methodically assessed my areas of concern and proceeded with the required chiropractic adjustments. What surprised me is Dr. Parish checked to ensure there was the proper movement after the adjustments and asked how I felt (rating the level of pain released.) No other chiropractor has done this...I was totally impressed by this action and degree of concern he has for his patients.

Excellent chiropractic service. Trouble with my back and neck started about 20 years ago. Saw a chiropractor that saw me as a meal-ticket, did nothing to help and wanted me back close to 20 times in the FIRST month. Found Dr. Arnold at Sutherland, and it doesn't matter if it is neck, back, dislocated rib, she takes care of it. 99% of the time I'm 100% and don't need a second visit for an issue, I can go months between visits. Recommend 1000%.

I started coming to Sutherland in 2016 after being referred to Nicole Arnold. Although she wasn't my preferred style of adjustments, I was quickly introduced to Dr. P! A life saver. Tell him what ails you and you'll be granted with sweet relief. The waiting times vary regardless of walk in or appointment. I suggest come relaxed and patient. Someone in a lot more pain could have needed extra time for their session. I don't know what I'd do if Dr P ever left. Massage therapists are all great too. Gentle but effective. I've used each of them and see no major difference in style, or pressure. I always leave feeling blissful.

Been seeing Dr P since Nov, on SGI claim. Very friendly, great service. I have MS, chronic pain and then the collision. They always go above and beyond to assist with my pain. Sometimes issues with being on time, but because they use alternative machines to assist with issues and not just adjust, some appts take more time than others. I appreciate all the extra effort on time appts!
