I called to make an appointment with a naturopathic doctor but didn't get to make it past the rude receptionist who was short with her answers, interrupted me when I tried to speak and ask questions, was not helpful at all and on top of that she had a very smug unprofessional tone and sounded like I was interrupting her or a nuisance. Thanks to her this place lost my business and I am gladly taking it somewhere else. Isn't crazy how the gate keepers can ruin things for a business so easily? Hope the doctors realize they need a new recorrió ago that sounds like she enjoys her job and treats potential customers with some respect!

I can’t express enough how amazing my experience with Dr Barmby has been. I was a little sceptical of naturopathy before my first appointment, but after years of pain and discomfort unresolved through conventional medical pathways, I felt I was ready to give it a shot. Firstly, I’ve never felt so ‘heard’ by a healthcare professional before. That process alone was so comforting, and unique from my experiences with the ‘only one issue per appointment!’ model of my past family physicians. Secondly, after an extensive review of my symptoms and history, she completely hit the nail on the head with a treatment protocol. Using herbs and supplements, I was able to be free of discomfort for the first time in what felt like forever! I am so grateful for this! As we work together to resolve my issues, she continues to amaze me with her insight at each appointment. Since my first appointment friends in similar circumstances have booked appointments, and been equally impressed. I can’t recommend her enough!

I never do reviews, but I was so pleased with the difference my one visit to Dr. Barmby has made for my health, I decided I needed to do this one! My MD had been cautioning me over the past few years about my indications for diabetes my father and both siblings take insulin to control their diabetes. Dr. Barmby counseled me regarding the ideal wieght for me to be carrying around the waist within two weeks, after taking her suggestions for weight loss, I lost 9 pounds and I’m keeping it off. The best part is my sugar levels and my blood pressure are absolutely normal. My joint pain has lessened as well. My doctor was very pleased to see the differences.

Dr Schnurr took the time to do a bit of detective work and ordered blood work that my family doc had not done. He found a few vitamin deficiencies and gave me some good advice that made total sense. I was happy with his professionalism.
