I've been here several times now and have never left disappointed. The rooms are clean and have the best massages every time. The first time was a combination massage which is unique and amazing ! I was so pleased to try the different types. I've always just gotten a massage as I didn't want to try a technique that may not do anything for me. I am now a huge cupping fan ! The first apt was with may and she had the perfect pressure ! Yes they end with knocking the feet which for me I absolutely loved (my dad used to do this for me when I was like after I'd get a Charlie horse on my legs ). I've come back for massages and foot massage ! They are the only establishment that gave me a foot soak/clean first before the foot massage. Bonus it smelt amazing whatever the put in the water !! I will always come here ! So amazing and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend may and unfortunately I don't remember the other ladies name who did the foot massage... But she's great too! Amazing !!

The staffs there are really kind and friendly. The massage therapists are very experienced and knowledgeable. They listened to my problems and helped me with my back pain. Very clean places. They change the sheet every time, do the cleaning all the time. And every time after the massage, they always remind me to drink more water. Great services. Highly recommended!!!

I always go here for my massage and acupuncture. Betty is my personal favourite. She’s very knowledgeable and skillful in acupuncture, she is the only one who can specifically pinpoint the source of pain in my neck and not afraid to treat it. I always feel a lot better after every treatment. Her schedule is very busy though so you have to book like few weeks ahead of time to get a spot. Massage therapist are good too, like Amber and Serena.

I have been a regular costumer to this..They are very clever people.they charged me less one time and on my next appointment asked me to pay more for the last too they said we by mistake charged you less so pay the remaining of your last appointment too.. this is totally insane this wasn't my fault that they asked me less and I payed them And next time they want to cover the last time too..Hating them for this .

I have been going there for years. Very relaxing massage and listen to where the problem areas are. I have seen different therapists and all were very good. Many times I am asked if the pressure is ok. Also at the end to make sure to drink water and avoid showering right away. Highly recommended.

Ive been coming on this place since the very first day they opened for business and each time the place and the services they give is always fantastic.I basically, tried all therapist on this clinic all are professionals on thier field, on top of that they also offer direct billing to most of insurance benefit provider all for atmost convenience of their valued customer.Thank you guys, indeed Relax life massage live up to its very name.

The receptionist was friendly and the room were clean, however, my appointment started 15 minutes late and the massage therapist conducted one of the worst massages I've ever had. His deep-tissue massage was anything but deep tissue even though I asked him eight times for more pressure. Further, the areas I wanted worked on that we discussed beforehand were barely worked on, if at all, which added to the frustrating experience.

This clinic provides false receipts and is doing illegal insurance claims. Do not do business here you will not be covered or treated by real RMTs. It being investigated i was called by my insurance and told my massage would not be reimbursed.

I will say the good and the bad. The good, it is exceptionally clean. Cleanest rooms I've ever seen. Bad, I asked for a massage on a certain part of my body and got exact opposite, they don't understand English or speak it either. It was also so far from a massage. It was basically moving their hands up and down, lotion free. To finish it all off, a massage teqnique she used was punching the soles of my feet at the end.... I don't believe the staff are actually registered massage therapists.
