I went here and saw Nick Allard. Since my visit I've told everyone I know how great the experience was. I went in with a kinked neck that was very painful and I couldn't turn my head right at all, and left the appointment with full range of motion in my neck! Nick made me feel so comfortable, and used dry needles to loosen up my muscles. 10/10 would highly recommend seeing Nick!

Bergen Vermette is a thorough and attentive physiotherapist who asks good questions and listens carefully to your responses. He made sure I understood the purpose and value of any exercises he prescribed. When my symptoms got worse instead of better, Bergen provided above-and-beyond care by engaging the opinions of other therapists, referring me to the Spinal Pathways clinic, and having me visit my family doctor as a precaution (I ended up having a pinched nerve injury; it was difficult to diagnose because it evolved from a calf cramp, to full leg & foot pain, to intense glute pain). I felt like he was always looking out for me. I highly recommend Bergen and this clinic in general.

I am shocked to read the negative comment about the dog. I have been going there for massage and Physio, would not dream of switching. I have always been treated with respect and find all of the staff knowledgeable and friendly. If looking for a relaxing massage go to a spa. Here you will receive a massage geared to injury recovery, post injury maintenance not a bunch of rocks placed on your back while gently being pressed on. The massage is for deep tissue. As for the dog, he is a welcome distraction. Most people attending a rehabilitation are often in pain and might be at a low place in their lives, many might be unable to work or socialize. Dogs are proven to lift the spirits, help with anxiety, depression etc... The other reviewer should maybe get themselves a dog and see the joy a dog can bring. I have always referred family, friends, coworkers to lifemark and will continue to do so. I highly recommended lifemark stone bridge.

He shows you and explains the injury, and the related physio so that you understand the recommended physiotherapy. I find I am more willing to put in the effort to speed up my recovery. Parking isn't always easy to find and in the winter, it seems even squishier. Service is wonderful, I haven't had a bad experience with anyone in the office yet. I recommend Jenessa (M.P.T) if you are looking for client centered approach. You can expect to have an thorough assessment, a treatment plan that fits with your lifestyle, education and practical skills for strengthening and general wellness. Jenessa was there for both my ankle injuries. She got me up and moving in no time! I also recommend Alix (R.M.T) if you are looking for a massage therapist to work on those deep tissue knots. Alix offers a welcoming therapy assessment that meets all her clients where they are at. You can expect to leave the treatment room rejuvenated.

Lifemark has been my home away from home while attempting to fix an old injury from a car accident. I am so thankful to have found this place. My physiotherapist Allison has gone above and beyond to help me and after over 10 years of chronic pain I am starting to feel better! My chiropractor Mike also does an outstanding job. He was able to discover that my lower back was having so many issues because of an old injury in my hip flexor! I recently tried dry needling with Nicholas and it was WONDERFUL! I will definitely be booking in with him again. Oh and I had a great massage from Alix once as well! The ladies at the front are always so welcoming and friendly. Every session was started with a super upbeat "hello" and handshake and I could tell from the first session I had that he loves his profession and he loves helping people. I had 6 dry needle treatments with Bergen Vermette. I was impressed during the assessment visit with his determination to qualify the type and location of the pain I was experiencing. I was always greeted very politely even as early as 07:30 AM. Bergen held me accountable to practicing my exercises between treatments. He gave me the most simple tool one would think of (a massage ball) which made wonders for the afflicted area, my back and my shoulders. Significant improvements were notable quickly. I keep the ball in a most visible area at home to remind me to practice daily. I even bring the ball when travelling and having to wait at the airport or sitting on a plane. I saw Dr. Bergen (sorry if I misspelled the name) who is an amazing doctor and his excercises for my back and the relaxation techniques he has taught me have worked so well. When done daily, the excercises are extremely helpful. I would definitely refer people to this location. Great service overall.

I chose this location for my secondary assessment and was lucky to be paired with Monica. She's extremely knowledgeable in her field; Physiotherapy. I was in a roll over accident and needed to repair my back and right shoulder. We were given 8 weeks to do this and we are nearing the end of our time. My shoulder is almost as good as new(amazing)and my back is nearly there. Monica is kind and understanding when you don't have sitter for the kids. She also takes the time to answer all my questions and is extremely supportive. If you are looking for a great Physiotherapist...this is the one????????

Lifemark physiotherapy was an amazing experience! I was greeted at the front reception by 2 ladies who were efficient and friendly. I went to the clinic with back/hip issues. After 1 session with Monica the difference was amazing. Most of my pain was gone. She gave me several exercises/stretches to do to help the healing process. After 3 appointments my pain was completely gone. I highly recommend the "needling ". It was relatively painless but made an immediate difference.

At the end of June I broke my ankle and after 10 long weeks of being on crutches and a boot I was given the ok to walk on my own I was thrilled to get the news and anxious to get back to my regular routine. The surgeon said Physio was not mandatory although I could go if I felt it was needed for confidence. I didn't need it for confidence but since patience is not my forte I NEEDED to make the recovery process as fast and as effective as possible so I booked an appointment to see Jenessa at LifeMark Physiotherapy in Stonebridge. This was the best decision! Right out of the gate, when you call to make an appointment the phone is answered by a friendly receptionist, Brittany who does everything to accommodate you for your appointment. When you go to the appointment Brittany and Hank (the cutest puppy) are there with a smiling face and wagging tail to welcome you. The office is clean, the staff are friendly and most importantly the treatments are second to none. Now, after only having 3 appointments my progress is amazing. I am so close to walking without a limp and getting to 100% recovery thanks to Jenessa. Jenessa makes the appointment pleasurable with fun conversation and explains what she's doing and why. You leave with "homework" to do between appointments that are provided to you in a detailed sheet. I know for a fact, I could not have come this far, this fast without her. If you are suffering from any kind of pain or have had an injury and want the most speedy and effective recovery, YOU NEED TO VISIT THIS CLINIC! You will enjoy the experience - from starting with the phone call to book your appointment, to the end of your treatments. THANK YOU LIFEMARK - in particular thank you Jenessa. I've come so far in my recovery that I'm off to the big city of Toronto to cheer on the Jays next week. This was only possible because of you!

I was sent to Lifemark by WCB to get back into shape after getting a 3rd degree burn on my leg and after 4 weeks of treatment I couldn't be anymore satisfied. The administration were all friendly and my physiotherapist Bergen was amazing. He was knowledgeable of my injury, a great teacher and I felt extremely comfortable learning new workouts to help get back in shape. The gym is small, but it is never over booked so there's plenty of space to do your work and all of the equipment you would need is there. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Allison (the physiotherapist), Dr.Kristoff (the chiropractor) and Amanda (the massage therapist). Allison and Dr.Kristoff not only provide intensive treatment, they also try their best to inform me about my condition and answer all of my questions. Allison uses different methods to treat my lower back whilst Dr.Kristoff uses different techniques of adjustment. Amanda is also a very good massage therapist. I have been going to Lifemark in Stonebridge for a few years now. The reception staff are pleasant and professional. I have two Massage Therapists that I see here, Alix and Amanda. They are both amazing Massage Therapists! They provide very effective massage treatments! They find the problem areas and work out the knots and kinks. They are caring, professional, knowledgeable and both have a fantastic sense of humor. I would highly recommend both ladies! Jacki helped me with physio following my ankle replacement. She too is very knowledgeable, professional, caring and has a great sense of humor. Needless to say, I highly recommend Lifemark in Stonebridge for massage or physiotherapy needs.

Went there for vertigo and balance issues after 2 sessions I feel a lot better not 100% yet but I’m taking it day by day Monica is a great physiotherapist she explains everything to you and helps you get your life back within 1-3 sessions I would highly recommend her if anyone is ever dealing with vertigo
