Great little massage place! Tucked away at Innovation Place it isn't the easiest to find if you aren't familiar with the place, but they have good maps on their website, just make sure to pay close attention to them! The staff are amazing! Knowledgeable and personal and they will take the time to listen. I almost didn't want to review it and keep it a secret all to myself! :)

This is the best place in Saskatoon for a massage. I’ve gone to about a dozen others and never been really happy. Here the cupping and massage is awesome. Staff are friendly and you get what you pay for. I’ve never felt so good after leaving massage. They really care, I wish I could describe just how great they are better. I’m 110% happy here!!

I went to about 3 or 4 different massage therapy places before coming across Innovation Wellness & Massage. The service is great from the girl working reception who is super friendly, to my masseuse Elizabeth who I’ve gone to 3 times in a row now and will continue to see her, she is amazing! I feel so much better after seeing her, the pressure she gives is great. Very happy here!

I have had three sessions here with Dayle Haye. First time I went for a shoulder injury, then another shoulder injury and then for a full body massage. Dayle is very professional, experienced and nice. Does the job with so much care and professionalism. I highly recommend Dayle at Innovation for any muscle/tissue injuries.

Kathryn was a MAGICIAN! I came in practically unable to move, and after my treatment I had more mobility already! She is super good at working out those knots, making you feel relaxed, and she is very friendly! I WILL come back and highly suggest this place. There have been problems with therapist Elizabeth McMullen keeping her early morning appointments. I would recommend that if you book an appointment with her you aim for the afternoon rather than the morning.

Innovation Wellness is located in a beautifully relaxing park, I loved the walk into the clinic and the experience once I got tinside. My therapist was very knowledgeable about Massage and gave me exercises after the treatment. I left feeling great.

There is nothing more I want then to give this a 5 star review. I've been here 3 separate occasions now and for the first 2, I recieved tremendous treatment and great customer service, which is the main reason I'm leaving a 3 star and not a 1 star. My most recent visit however, not as much. I take responsibility for the smell, I'm a smoker and didn't have the fore thought of it when coming in. And I apologize for that, especially knowing it's supposed to be a scent free area. But sadly that sliding door is not sound proof. Very unprofessional, and embarassing. "I'm going to have to hold my breath" when entering the door, constant huffing and puffing during the massage, and the millisecond the time was up, rushed out of the room. Never have I felt that uncomfortable and unsatisfied after a massage. I understand, and apologize for the circumstance I put it in, but I see that as nothing but rude. And to top it all off, my back feels no different then when I initially walked in the door. Will unfortunately be taking my business else where from this point on. Apologies to the staff there that were nothing but kind otherwise.
