This is a quantity chiropractic clinic. In and out in minutes. Not much of a personal touch. You may not notice it but they are trained very well but they are highly driven sales people as well. Forcing you to book your next appointment before you leave, going through insoles and telling you need the most expensive ones well another place told me i dont. Ive given them at least a dozen chances because they are so close. I wont be going back to sale the least.

Everything here runs like a well oilled machine. I've never had to wait more than ten minutes for an appointment. The girls at the front desk are all very friendly and explain exactly what needs to be done before or after you see a chiropractor. The actual doctor I see is great. During my first visit he listened to everything I had to say and checked out all the areas I had problems with. He sent me to get tests done right away so we could confirm together what was wrong. I've only been there for about a month but I'm already constantly feeling much better day to day.

I (and my entire family) have been clients at confederation chiro (Dr. Dean Potapinski) for 20 years. I can't say enough about the care that Dr. Dean and the staff have given to myself and my family. Approx 10 years ago my son Dylan got sick. 2 different medi clinics and emergency misdiagnosed him. Dr. Dean encouraged us to take him back to the hospital (different one). Turned out he had pneumonia that required emergency surgery (they drained 4 liters of fluid from his lung). I truly believe Dr. Dean saved his life. Then 5 years ago I had a rare spinal stroke (that's always been fatal). I went from paralysis from the neck down to paralysis from my chest to my hips. My nerve pain is unbearable some days. Dr. Dean always gets me in immediately and always goes above and beyond. He and his staff are truly caring people. My family is incredibly grateful. ❤❤❤

I've been a patient of Dr. Dean Potapinski since 2014 after my best friend recommended I see him. I was involved in a car accident in 2001 and as a result suffered injuries to my neck that caused me chronic pain over the years. Dr. Dean was very thorough with me during initial consultations. He helped me create an ongoing treatment schedule that allowed me to begin experiencing relief from years of pain and discomfort. During the first three months I saw him regularly as it was necessary due to the seriousness of my condition. Over time my visits to him decreased as I began to feel better and visits were not needed as consistently as they were in the first three months. Dr. Dean's professionalism and attention to detail is always on point. He never rushes me and asks me how I'm doing during all my visits. If I have any physical complaints he asks me questions and listens. He understands that he is one component of an entire framework that includes other health care providers. His staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. The clinic is clean and spacious. I would recommend Dr. Dean or any of his staff at Confederation Chiropractic to anybody that needs chiropractic, massage, or acupuncture.

DO NOT SEE DR. RAK. I could have sued for malpractice for adjusting me with a fractured rib and improper orthopedic testing. Also, I am an RMT and refer my clients to Dr. Dean. The front staff have been booking my clients with Dr. Rak and my patients are complaining to me and getting angry about it because the front staff doesn't listen to patients and book them in with Dr. Rak anyway.

When I came in for my assessment he said that I did not have to live with back pain and could be normal. He got me on a plan and in a couple of months - no back pain. I have been suffering with chronic back pain for >5yrs, two of the last treatments I explored were at this clinic: massage with Brad was very helpful and relaxing and helped to prepare my back for chiropractic work which I’ve been seeing Dr. Dean for, he definitely knows what he’s doing and has greatly helped to improve my quality of life by lessening my daily pain. The only thing that has annoyed me , is its a revolving door, you may wait up to 5-10;min ( which isn’t long!) but once seen, it’s extremely fast, he moves between sliding ,add-joining doors between 3 rooms/3 patients, and you hope to be in middle room because even if you arrive after the people in either of the outside rooms you’ll be seen first as he has to pass thru the middle room to get to the others, and then your treatment will be 3 -5 min then he’s off thru sliding door to the next person. It’s not who arrives first it’s which room you get that will affect when your turn comes. That said , again must stress that I am better since receiving care under Dr Dean , and that is PRICELESS! Thankyou Dr Dean. Front desk staff are kind and efficient . Highly recommend this clinic for massage and Chiropractic treatment.

I first was very reluctant about going as I had never seen a chiropractor prior to seeing Dr. Kiva. I was referred by a family member to see Dr. Kiva and was told he would take excellent care of me and that's exactly what he did. After the first visit of treatment I noticed a huge difference in regards to the issues that brought me to him in the first place. He took the time to listen to me and my concerns and even after he "fixed"me up I still see him monthly for maintenance. His staff are all friendly and know me and my husband by name when we walk in. I wouldnt go anywhere else for not only my chiropractic needs but my massages too.

10 years ago I hurt by back litterly just bending over to pick something up, my back was that weak, the muscle was strong, but the spine was unaligned. I went here to Dr. Dean potapinski, he then had me do xrays and found out I had a curvature in my spine from years of sitting on my wallet. After the initial aggressive treatment the curves was gone, now I go to keep it that way, and my backs never been stronger, it honestly doesnt get hurt from bending over and if it does get sore from being tired, in 20 mins it's back to normal. Thank you confed chiropractic for keep my Russian back strong like it should be.
