Called in and got voicemail with 4 different ways to contact the office. Emailed the office and they were able to see me same day. Very improved quality of service over last year. Would recommend to others to email or text, very prompt efficient service.

Was left in waiting in a room over 45 mins, heard everyone going to lunch. Walked out, last time I went. Better to have no doc than this clown.

I was a patient of Dr. Chilvers until he retired. I am very grateful he did not leave us hanging in the lurch with no physician. I like Sean Petersen and i find him to be very personable and knowledgeable. Nurse practitioners are as well educated and have lots of experience, comparable to a family physician. I like two that I have had look after my care. The biggest complaints I have are: 1. I do not want to change NP's all the time and have to repeat myself. Not their fault at all. I prefer consistency in care. And I understand that is not possible for vacations, etc. It would be more beneficial if we could choose whom to have an appt with while it is being made. 2. The reception needs some work. I have literally seen the elderly with assistive devoces and people who look very ill standing and waiting too long. This is not acceptable at a medical care office. There can be a receptionist sitting there, people chatting and laughing in the background and nobody will make eye contact. The efficiency and friendliness factors need to be increased. Only at the desk, in my experience.

I like being able to email, it's more effective and faster, friendly team. I get treated with respect which is sometimes hard for myself to find

I wish to give zero. Extremely disappointed today with such a terrible service at the front counter. The clinic is not aware of what it's doing and don't even bother to communicate. Just to write something it took them age's. Waste of time

Really disappointed with how reception is ran now. I watched an older gentleman wait 20 minutes to ask a question because the ladies behind the glass were laughing and carrying on loudly. (Not the first incident either, just the first time Im saying anything) Other people in the waiting room even commented on it, it was embarassing. I watched 2 senior citizens struggle to figure out the automated kiosk with no one there to help. As for myself, the kiosk didnt work for me. It accepted my health card number and nothing else happened. I thought that must have meant i was checked in, but its not like there was anyone at reception I could ask anyways. After 40 minutes of waiting i tapped on the glass to ask what was going on and the lady took my card checked me in manually after she tried on the kiosk and it also failed. I have showed up with reception eating full meals while handling my card, blankets, and just overall apathy. Not very professional, especially when they say in their answering machine they have a 2 hour lunch or something like that. The nurses and doctors i have seen have all been kind and professional once im actually in, but its rarely Dr. Peterson.

- The place is not friendly and you feel like a number instead of a patient. - I have yet to meet the actual Dr. I've just been passed around between nurse practitioners. - They do not take your opinion into account concerning your care. - They will change your prescriptions on you without your input because they "don't like it". - Wait time for an appointment is also ridiculous, they have way to mant patients. Could not recommend against them enough!

Fantastic care and great team. I couldn't be happier with the care we've received from Dr Peterson and his team. They are thorough, kind, and responsive.

I have had nothing but FANTASTIC service and care from Dr. Peterson and staff. They have always accommodated me with my busy schedule and have provided excellent/professional care for myself and my family. If you have common sense and have respect for their process, you'll have a great relationship and experience with this office.

About Dr. Sean Peterson - VERY BAD PATIENT CARE We had a great Doctor, Dr. Martin Chilvers and he retired and Dr. Peterson has taken over Dr. Chilvers practice. Dr. Peterson is not a Doctor, he is businessman, he should give up his patients and do the business. He is using un qualified Nurse Practitioner and she doesn't know what she is doing, prescribing wrong medications. Horrible and horrible practice. She is wasting government Tax Payers money. Dr. Peterson accepting new Patients. Soon he is taking more patients from another Doctor retiring very soon. Lots of patients were very un-happy about his practice and unable to see this Doctor and waiting time is 8 weeks, that's not an acceptable for heart patients. DO NOT REGISTER WITH DR.SEAN PETERSON, Not Recommended..

I wish I could give ZERO starts to this joke of a physician. Good luck ever actually seeing him. There is a different clown meeting you in the room each time you make an appointment...they may not even introduce themselves. Multiple mistakes made at this place. If you dare to complain about the bad service you've received, you'll be "de-rostered." This Sean Peterson MD is just a patient assembly line to pad his wallet. This doctor absolutely does not care about the overall health of his patients. Stay far, far far away from this "medical doctor". Worst doctor in Sarnia, hands down.

very difficult to reach by phone

Dont Worry

#1 I loved how fast it was, in and out within 15minutes *my reason for the 2 stars* #2 I've always been a patient for dr.chilvers but dr.peterson took over after dr.chilvers retired and dr.chilvers took me very seriously.... I've made so many appointments to see dr.peterson and every time I go in I NEVER see the Dr or hes not in the office, Only nurses! And you dont want that!! Your better off spending your money somewhere else, where you actually see a doctor!!! I myself will be seeing a new doctor!!

Makes me feel less than. Plus I never see my doctor always the nurse.

Leslie Hillis

We have been extremely pleased with the ongoing professional service offered. It is a busy practice and not all visits require the same amount of time. Our family has been fortunate enough to have access to this Dr. and have worked closely to maintain our health and avoid unnecessary trips to the emergency department. Thanks for the dedication and teamwork from the Dr. Peterson and his entire health team.

Dr. Peterson and his team are generally polite. It takes a while to get an appointment even when really important issues going on. This week, the doctor or a member of his team has made another medication error. My spouse and I both see Dr. Peterson. Thus is the third serious med. Error between the two of us. As a Registered Nurse, this really concerns me.

Cell Repair

Horrible to get a hold of. Every time you call, you're on hold for 30 mins or more. Charges a yearly fee for 1 prescription!!! Was sent here as my other Dr moved to another field. The Receptionists are very rude and can't hold a simple conversation or questions. They use Doctors service to collect your fees... I don't recommend this clown office at all.

Bernie D

I have had the same experience as others in these reviews. Heaven help the patient who's in need of urgent treatment! I would have rated them 0 stars but that can't be done. I have resigned myself to the fact that the only thing this McDoctor will do is give you prescription renewals through one of the RNP's. I am constantly looking for a new doctor who will be able to show up and care.

Mark Fysh

worst docter ever. does not care. more worried about filling his pocket. use to work in er before getting greedy. and also hire people that have been fired from Bluewater Health.Sarnia

Mya Marie

prolly the worst doctor in sarnia refuses to take them on and sends them to the walk in instead no wonder why every one is going their phone is never answered he picks favourites with the the staff team if a nurse has been rude to a patient he will believe their story as long as he keeps his job it is pretty sad but hey anything for the money now a days no wonder why people are not getting proper medical attention
