Rude staff, they treat you like dirt.., disgusting emergecy facilities. Incompetent staff could not find chief of psychiatrist in an emergency. .Please do not go there . This place is inhumane.

I was "treated" there, as an adolescent in the adolescent department. I had been treated when I was younger in New Brunswick. Yet the doctors here did not believe or care about my previous treatments from another province. Instead accusing me and my parents of faking all of my mental illnesses. I was discharged and they had removed my medication. As expected my condition got worse and worse. We tried to get into contact with the hospital but they ignored all of our calls. So I got a family doctor and a psychiatrist at the Jewish General and they actually started giving me the treatments and therapy that they neglected to give me. In my experience and the experiences of others, I would definitely not recommend coming here for efficient and even adequate mental health services.

With all due respect to the medical profession she is better off to be in politics than in medicine. There are some very good competent doctors, but this woman is an unheard of phenomenon. I advise you to choose your doctor well. I filed a complaint against this doctor. His treatment was inadequate and disrespectful to me. I do believe that I have been discriminated against by this doctor. It is important to tell the college of doctors so that this situation does not happen again with other patients. No one should be treated the way Dr. Ouellet Estelle treated me. Unacceptable. It’s not true that all the doctors in this establishment are bad, there are some excellent ones but they’re unheard of. Il y a de très bon médecin mais sincèrement c’est une incompétente et non professionnel. Travailler avec des patients en santé mentale demande beaucoup d’empathie et de respect. En regardant son profil, ce médecin a commencé sa carrière en politique et a 28 ans elle décide de devenir médecin. Avec tous le respect pour la profession des médecins elle est mieux placer d’être en politique qu’en médecine. Il y a des très bons médecin compétent mais cette femme c’est un phénomène du jamais vu. Je conseille de bien choisir votre médecin. J’ai déposé une plainte contre ce médecin. Son traitement était inadéquat et irrespectueux envers moi. Je penses bien que j’ai été victime de discrimination de la part de ce médecin.Il est important de faire part au collège des médecins afin que cette situation ne se reproduit plus avec d’autres patients. Aucune personnes devrait être traiter de la manière que Dr Ouellet Estelle m’a traiter. Inacceptable. C’est pas vrai que tout les médecins de cette établissement son mauvais , il y en a des excellents mais elle ouf du jamais vu . O/5 Elle doit bien relire son code de déontologie plusieurs fois par jour avant de commencer sa journée, ça va bien lui aider à réfléchir avant d’agir de la sorte. Prenez me soins de bien choisir votre médecin traitant.
