The experience was ruined by the RMT. She was behind schedule. I understand that happens, and normally am very forgiving. But she did not introduce herself, and I thought she was the receptionist getting me settled. When she brought me to the room she gave the most cursory interview and had a rude and rushed manner. She very clearly did not read the health history, and did not seem particularly interested in why I was there. She promptly left to see to another client. She had not finished with her previous client before beginning with me! I waited over 5 min on the table for her to return (20 min behind schedule at this point). The massage was very general, rushed, and frankly uncomfortable because SHE HAS VERY LONG FINGERNAILS which I felt throughout the massage. She either held her fingers awkwardly (which jabbed me) to avoid scratches, or dragged them across my skin (ew) as she worked. It was gross and I think a health code violation for RMTs'? I will not be returning to her, but may try different therapists at this location because the building is nice, and the support staff are friendly.
