There are not enough words to describe the wonderful experience I had with Kristina Hobson. She helped me recognize things in my life that I had locked away. She helped me get recovery from PTSD which was a result of Domestic Violence, she helped me recover from the worst depression of my life. She made me see that my self worth is not dependent on anyone else's opinion of me. She taught me how to stop being a people pleaser and how to set boundaries. I'm not longer a "yes" girl. I put myself first and make decisions after considering what is best for me. She guided me through a divorce which was by far the hardest thing I've ever dealt with in my life. She made me realize that marriage doesn't mean you have to stay with someone that has disconnected from the marriage. It takes 2 to make a marriage work. She also taught me that abuse isn't just physical & that was a huge eye opener for me. The amount of tears that were shed in her office felt endless. I last saw Kristina in Jan 2020 and I can honestly say that I am the happiest I've ever been in my entire life. I learned to LOVE myself & I learned to be ok by myself. Thank you Kristina for helping me find my true self. Note: also would like to mention that her administrative assistant Krista was also amazing. She made me feel comfortable when I walked in. She was kind & caring & often times we laughed together. This may seem like something small to some people but to someone with anxiety, just walking into an office can be extremely stressful. Thank you Krista for treating me like a friend rather than a patient. I highly recommend these ladies!!
