I was tired all the time and thought, "I am so good at sleeping I can do it with my eyes closed!" Was I ever wrong and NOW I know what it means to have a good nights rest. What a difference! I had no clue that I had extreme sleep apnea, and was tired all the time because I was doing anything but sleeping well. I found the service to be professional, punctual, and pleasant :) They knew what they were talking about, but would still listen to how I was feeling about the tweaks that needed to be made. I felt the follow up after the initial assessment to be timely and the communication to be excellent. I also appreciated when it came time to purchase or rent a CPAP machine that they were very helpful in helping me to understand what I needed and how to get help from my insurance company. I have struggled with sleep issues for the better part of 20 years. I thought my low energy was a lasting effect of chemotherapy. I thought all people snore at my age and all people get up several times a night as our bladders aged. Man! Was I wrong! I got tested for sleep apnea at the encouragement of a physician friend. Turns out my sleep apnea is very severe and I was putting my overall health at risk by not treating it. Yes. I didn't want to look like a Martian wearing an apparatus to bed every night, but I wanted to have a heart attack in my sleep even less! So, I took the 30 day, no cost trial. From the very first night, I slept well. It had been 20 years since I slept as well as I did the first night....and for every night since! I even wear my CPAP machine if I'm grabbing a weekend nap! The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable; the follow-up appointments helpful. My energy levels are amazing! I no longer have a 2:00-4:00 energy slump daily. I sleep through the night. My machine tells me I sleep steadily for 8-10 hours nightly. I have energy to workout before or after work. I hiked my first 10 km hike two weekends ago and had a blast! I have added 15 years to my life, my energy is amazing, and I am so grateful I found my way to the professional folks at Sleep Therapeutics!

Before I had insurance they helped me get a machine that would work for me and helped with making it financially possible. Since then, I've gotten health insurance and they haven't stopped supporting me all the time. Being young makes it kind of weird going for sleep apnea, but they have made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Even during the covid pandemic, they still often have called to check in with me and keep follow up's all the time to make sure my challenges are resolved. I first went to Sleep Therapeutics when I realized I wasn't getting quality sleep, and I suspected I was suffering from sleep apnea. They tested me and when it came back positive that I did have sleep apnea they got me set up with a machine and made sure it was set to my needs. I go for check ups every 6 months to make sure things are going well, and they check over my machine for me to make sure it's still working properly. They have the nicest staff! Always so accommodating if I need to change an appointment last minute due to my work schedule. I am always greeted warmly, and always feels able to ask questions if I have any concerns about my treatment. I highly recommend Sleep Therapeutics if you are having issues with sleep apnea. My quality of sleep has improved greatly!

Sleep therapy is an essential part of a healthy life. Without it many people, myself included, could live a much shorter life. Anyone who you knows someone snores should be checked for sleep apnea. This is a term used to describe a situation where you stop breathing altogether or your oxigen levels drop below certain levels. It is particularly indicated if you are a mouth breather. This is very hard on your entire system.. It costs nothing to be tested. Do it and be sure your doing everyting you can to protect your health. I did and after years of never sleeping more than 4-5hrs.a night i can now sleep 7-8 hrs and get way more true rest.

What a shock!! Severe apnea! Explanation of the equipment by Nicolle was clear and useful. And her explanation of the things that are tracked was understandable. I ran into a timing interruption in the first trial and she graciously worked out a second opportunity. Easy parking, friendly front desk staff, and they tended to all the insurance requirements. Also I liked the additional features offered with the purchase. No hesitation in recommending.

My last visit with Sleep Therapeutics was disappointing. I was informed that my machine alongwith with all Phillips machines, new or old, has been recalled with a safety concern. Phillips has no idea when a fix would be made available or when a replacement would be made available. In the meantime I was told to talk to my doctor as to whether I should even use the machine in its present condition. This information was very disappointing and I have lost my confidence in Philips. I am now shopping elsewhere for a new machine.

When I learned a might improve my sleep and health through a CPAP machine I was pointed to Sleep Therapeutics, and they were there to support and assist every step of the way. They helped me navigate through payment and insurance aspects of it, they were there when COVID had caused a lot of uncertainty in the world -- proper precautions and considerations always. They helped with setup, they scheduled meetings to check in with how things were going and how they could be better. I feel confident enough in the relationship to reach out if I have any questions, and they've always been there to answer. No complaints. How I feel and can carry myself day to day has improved enough that I feel, not great, if I fall asleep without my CPAP machine. After adjusting to sleeping with it on the change has been that significant. Very nice, professional, knowledgeable and helpful people with great product.

The first experience with Atlantic Sleep staff was very helpful being able to to control my sleep apnea. Sandra walked me through the process and options Answering all questions clearly and with enthusiasm The types of masks available were shown and how to use them.The world mask I tried was the nasal mask which for me didn’t work .Sandra quickly changed me to a full face mask which works great. Service from Atlantic Sleep over the years has been excellent handling any concerns quickly and efficiently. Case in point ,just recently my three year old Cpap machine failed. Contacted Sandra about the problem via text messaging (due to COVID)and she walked me through a check list and determined I needed a replacement. Atlantic Sleep handled the warranty replacement quickly and efficiently obtaining a replacement ,especially during COVID . Great place to deal with. Always friendly and helpful. My machine broke in the middle of a move and they went out of their way to help via video call (due to covid). When we determined the machine could not be fixed they set me up with another machine the very next day giving me time to deal with insurance. Would highly recommend.

I found the service I received to be most helpful. Especially since the original machine I purchased from another dealer came with a mask that did not fit my face and they could not seem to find one that would fit. It lead to me not using my machine very often for seven years. Sleep Therapeutics found a mask that worked perfectly and I have used my machine every night. Their service is A1. After years and years of always feeling tired all the time and multiple blood works, my Dr finally suggested a sleep test. OMG! Not sure why this was never a thought before. The ladies at Sleep Therapeutics were amazing. Very helpful. They set me up with a sleep test. The results came back that I had sleep apnea. We started on the 30 day trial and I can’t believe how much my life has changed. I am now off the trial and on my own machine. I feel amazing! No more feeling like I need a nap just to get through the other half of my day. I have so much energy now! The ladies at the desk, Carrie and Mindy were very warm and kind, and I knew this was an awesome start.
