I'm going elsewhere for the care of my teeth ... it's a little further than st eustache so for my syringes never go to the Sylvie Leroux Clinic ... but to my dentist ... when I come out of an appointment and at the counter there are already people ... the secretary ends with those in line before and that's normal ... I don't expect her to refuse people already waiting to pass me because I just got out ... let's see?!?!?!? What poor and shocking customer service !!!! Even if I do not take care of my teeth in this clinic I was a syringe client ... so a c'iiente of this clinic Sylvie Leroux the same ... too bad because there they lost me it is certain :-( (Original) Très mauvais service à la clientèle... je suis très déçue du comportement de la secrétaire... je suis une cliente qui vient chercher des seringue de blanchiment.... j’arrive à la clinique Il y a environ une semaine, et la secrétaire est au téléphone... je suis seule au comptoir.... j’attends environ 3,4 minutes afin qu’elle termine son appel... je suis un peu pressée car ma mère m’attends ans la voiture... jusqu’a la rien de pas correct... durant que la secrétaire termine son appel... une hygiéniste arrive au comptoir avec une cliente qui elles se met derrière moi dans la fil... et la, la secrétaire me dit e vais passer dame ça sera pas long...????? Je lui dit poliment ; mais j’étais ici avant elle??!? Elle me répond oui mais ça sera pas long ... je lui répond une deuxième fois ... ; pourquoi j’étais arrivée en premier.. elle a passer la dame et moi je suis partie élément j’étais outrée... jamais vu ailleurs!!!! Voyons donc... je vais ailleurs pour le soin de mes dents ... c’est un peu plus loin que st eustache alors pour mes seringue jamais bien aller chez la Clinique Sylvie Leroux... mais chez mon dentiste... quand je sors d’un rdv et qu’au comptoir il y a déjà du monde ... la secrétaire termine avec ceux en ligne avant et c’est normal... je me m’attends pas à ce qu’elle refuse le monde qui attendent déjà pour me passer moi car je viens tout juste de sortir... voyons donc?!?!?!? Qu’elle service a la clientèle médiocre et choquant!!!! Même si je ne fais pas le soin de mes dents dans cette clinique j’étais une cliente de seringue.... donc une c’iiente de cette clinique Sylvie Leroux pareil... dommage car là ils m’on perdu c’est certain :-(
