Gerry is BY FAR the best help for those who are struggling with sex addiction, porn addiction, intimacy anorexia or just normal marriage struggles. My wife and I have been to many counsellors throughout the years and they would simply 'patch' our marriage concerns. But, Gerry has a tried and tested and true program that WILL help anyone or any couple that is willing to put their selfishness aside and deal with the real roots of the problems. Not sure what the problem was with the other review - sounds to me like he didn't want to 'face the music'. Gerry isn't going to skirt around any issues - he's here to help those who want to make progress in their lives. I would highly recommend Gerry (and already have) to anyone looking for freedom from addiction or a better marriage!

Might be good if your only problem is Internet porn addiction, but if there is anything more than this Gerry is not your guy. They say that when you are a hammer everything you see looks like a nail. He was so determined to ignore anything beyond the Internet porn that even when it was wholly dealt with, he just chose not to believe it. And this while completely ignoring a major factor that appears repeatedly in his own literature (opposite-sex parent attachment issues). Thankfully two other counselors realized that this was a major issue and addressed it, though it wasn't enough to convince my spouse that it was an issue she needed to face. I'm left to wonder how much Gerry's work factored into giving her license to ignore issues that were central to our problems.

I highly recommend Living in Freedom Therapy for anyone struggling with or affected by sex addiction, pornography, sexual betrayal or intimacy issues. Gerry is passionate about saving marriages, but even more passionate about healing the individuals within the marriage.
