I can't recommend Deezar Raval Physiotherapy enough. As someone trying to compete in strength sport it's essential to work with professionals who understand the demands of your sport and that's exactly what I got here. Josee has helped me get from barely managing a 265 deadlift with pain to pulling 655 in competition 8 days later (still short of my goal weight of 700, but remarkable given the circumstances), and she's helped me manage and treat knee pain that lasted much longer than it should have due to poor treatment from other medical professionals.

I injured my back while playing basketball a while ago. It was awful, I couldn’t rotate my body or even move. I tried stretching and applying ice and heat but nothing helped. I am a university volleyball player which can be quite competitive and so my coach, desperate for me to recover in time for our game the following day, referred me to Quentin. He was awesome; very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He assessed my range of motion amongst other tests, and quickly discovered the problem. Quentin cracked my back and I immediately felt relief. He gave me a handful of stretches and other methods to help relieve the pain, and I was once again able to move and rotate my body. With Quentin’s help, I was able to play my volleyball game that night without any discomfort, it was incredible. I highly recommend him and his clinic, they’re awesome!

I would highly recommend booking an apt with Quentin. He helped me recover from knee replacement surgery. Quentin is knowledgeable, kind and caring. You will not be disappointed with the care you receive. It is a bit tricky to get to the first time you go so ask for clear direction. After you know where to go it is very convenient especially is you live or work on the south side of the city. Quentin is a true professional and I am grateful for his support in my recovery!

Am currently seeing Josee for frozen shoulder. She is friendly, professional and helpful. Josee always gives plenty of feedback during each visit and will adjust my program as needed. My shoulder mobility has increased greatly since I began treatments with her and is almost back to normal. Would recommend Josee to anyone. 5 stars++

Fantastic work! I've had multiple treatments from one (Quentin Raval) of the physiotherapists at the clinic. They were able to help me with old injuries and repetitive strains from work as a massage therapist. How they helped: - Once they helped me deal with the pain from my old injuries I ended getting more information about my injuries from my MRI (torn rotator cuff, torn labrum, paralabral cyst and subluxed bicep tendon), they were able to give me the appropriate exercises to help me get out of my plateau in my work outs. I am now no longer feeling any insecurities about my shoulder when working out and capable to efficaciously strengthen my body! Highly recommended!

I would definitely recommend Josée. She’s helped me with shoulder pain/mobility issues. I love that she emails out the picture/instructions of recommended exercises. She also ensures you are comfortable with the home exercises.
