Went here to get my ears irrigated cause of buildup of wax (plugged ear). Doctor looked and gave me prescription ear drops for and infection/inflammation. Went to different clinic right after and got it flushed. Can hear great and didn't spend any money on a prescription. Be cautious when going here.

I explained my problem to doctor, he didn't understood the issue. Might be because of my language he was not able to get me. But he didn't try from his side to understand or to take reference from other doctors and it was not like i didn't explain him in detail. I tried as much i can but he didn't even aksed any questions based on my explaination. I don't know if there was another doctor available or not but he didn't even told me to come back or anything else.I thought he will google it or will try to find out what my problem was, but he didn't try anything. When i google the terms to explain him he didn't even read it.I mean he just let go me without any effort. When i told him to refer me to some specialist if he was not able to understand me, he told me that its not a big issue. If he will refer me to Specialist it might take 1 or 2 years by the time specialist see me. they have to give them good reason to specialist to refer me and he told its not a big issue. Without knowing the problem the doctor knew that it was not a big issue nor he thought it was important to knw the problem of patient.

I started going to this clinic over the past year while looking for a new family doctor and it’s been absolutely amazing! Dr. Feteis and the nurses have all been so kind, patient and helpful. The Dr always listens to my symptoms/concerns, goes over my past health history with me, books me referrals to specialists/appointments right away, to make sure my health is well taken care of and my needs are met. So grateful I found such a great clinic, staff and doctors. Thank you

They will give you all to prescriptions you want but all doctors there refuse to fill out an insurance form, even for a fee.

My family and I recently moved to St. Albert. I did some searching and made an initial appointment for all of us to go here. 1.5hrs before our appt, the office called and had to reschedule. They couldn’t get us back in for another two weeks. I had requested that initial time slot well in advance as it worked with our work schedules, but the rescheduled appt was right in the middle of the work day. When we got to our appt, we waited for AN HOUR to be seen. We had our 21 month old son with us. Husband and I both had blood tests done as I knew I was anemic again and husband was being tested for a genetic vulnerability that runs in his family. Blood clinic said the results would be there in a few days. Fast forward a month where I was calling the clinic repeatedly asking them to confirm if the results had even been reviewed. I wasn’t asking for the results over the phone, but I was suspicious that they hadn’t been seen as I knew I was anemic, which they would have to advise me of. They kept telling me that they would call me back and they never did. Not once. They even hung up on me once. They also offered the excuse that my doctor had been away on vacation, except they said “he” and my doctor is a “she”. I found out that pharmacies have access to Netcare, so I went to one and sure enough, I was severely anemic, and was able to get my pills. My husband, to this day, has received no information on the results of his blood test, which, if positive, could be very dangerous for him. This office is the worst, and potentially a medical liability.

Where do I even start... my daughter has been sick since AUGUST! we have been there at least once a month to find answer as to why she is coughing constantly, all he does is check her ears and breathing then prescribes her the same medication and puffer every single time !! So this time It was the worst I’ve seen her, we go in on Tuesday, he checks her ears and breathing says oh maybe it’s allergies and prescribes her the same stuff! The next day she has troubles breathing (she is 2) I bring her to emergency to find out she has pneumonia and a bad ear infection! How do you miss that??? My daughter has been suffering for 7 months !!! We finally get a pedestrian which I’ve been asking for but we were on a 2 year waiting list. All the doctors, nurses and ped at the sturgeon were amamzing with my daughter and we got the answers we needed! With one dose of the RIGHT medication she’s feeling so much better already! This doctor has never listened to us, just nodded his head and gave us medication every time! I do not recommend him what so ever !!!!! Misdiagnosed my daughter for 7 months !!!! Even the pedestrian was shocked to see how many times he prescribed all these medications without further testing. Even when I went in for a pregnancy confirmation it took him 2 1/2 weeks to call with the results which I knew were bad because I had a miscarriage between that time ! Dr. Alquaser is by far the worst doctor I have even dealt with in my entire life!

I came here on Saturday to see a walk in doctor as I was in a MVA. They took me right away and Dr.Alqaser took down all my concerns and did a thorough exam. This place is the best and I couldn't believe I was in and out of the clinic in 20 mins. THANK YOU!

Trust the bad reviews. The lady at the front desk (her name was Stacy I believe) is miserable, won't make you feel welcome. I felt bad for every single person that walked in there and had to deal with her. So uncomfortable. I saw Dr. Ben...(something, can't remember the spelling) and he didn't look up from his Mac book once. This is my first pregnancy, I didn't get to ask any questions, he didn't ask me about anything. I walked out of there knowing less than I did when I went and felt very discouraged after I left. I called a different clinic when I got home and got more information when I called just to book my appointment there than I did in my whole appointment at this clinic.

Deeply grateful to Dr Amien Fateis and his Staff. I am personally overjoyed to have found such a superb Family Doctor. Excellent service, cleanliness and efficiency demonstrated by this Clinic. I will hope and pray that Dr Fateis stays with us in St Albert for many years to come. Covid won't allow me to hug him, but I wish I could. He has incisive and extensive knowledge and experience. I am blessed to be his patient.

Never a long wait like other medical clinics in St. Albert. Space is clean (and bright). I’ve seen two different doctors there and both have been pleasant. Wait times have always been under 10 minutes

I have been going to Active Physio one to two times a week for several months both pre and post knee surgery. It has been a positive experience every time I have gone. The staff are very friendly and professional. I have been attending the Sturgeon Clinic since it opened and have found that it is consistent with my experiences at the other two StAlbert Clinics. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering going for physiotherapy.

Avoid this clinic like a plague! The doctor showed little to no concern, didn't explain about what might caused our medical issue. We called the clinic multiple times in 2 days and was told by the receptionist that the doctor would call us back for our x-ray result. But zilch! Had to transfer to another clinic. I would have given a ZERO star if I could for this review.

Our community couldn't ask for a better medical clinic. Like most centre's you can wait for hours to see a doctor . Here is typically fast depending on capacity. The doctor's are alway friendly and understanding. But don't forget to take off your muddy shoes ????.

i was there in june got referal for dermatologists, keep calling them because never heard from dermatologist front lady keep saying it takes long to get a call from dermatologist. today I called dermatologist and they told me they never received my referal. and the front lady is like oh do you want me to send referall to another dermatologist? like unbelievable i was waiting 6 months aleeady and now I am supose to wait more. I do not need to see dermatologist for fun. I can not belive they can be in a buisines.

I have been going to Dr. Hamza Algaser for many years 1 month ago a booked an appoint for myself and my Husband. We moved away 6 months ago but need prescription refill. We travelled a long distance. We show up for our appointment to find the doors locked and no one called us to cancel. Now we have no prescription and are going home Sunday if a long weekend. Very upset and don’t know what to do.

The receptionist messed up my appointment resulting in my missing work . Extremely incompetent receptionist. This is not the first time reception made a mistake it’s been ongoing stress . They don’t record phone numbers properly and therefore did not get my test results in a timely manner. Not sure about the doctors expertise . He said he did not know how to help me and wanted me to tell him what l wanted done .

Been here a couple of times. Quick friendly service. Each time i’ve booked an appointment I was taken into a room within 15mins of the set time. Thats pretty good for doctor offices from my experience.

Bizarre experience. I live in BC and in was St. Albert for my dad's death and funeral. I got a fairly serious eye infection and tried this clinic since none of the other walk in clinics were taking patients for the day. This place didn't have anyone waiting and I can see why. The receptionist was abrupt, hostile and said they didn't take out-of-province health cards -- and I'd have to pay. When I politely said I thought health cards were recognized in every province (but said I'd pay), she told me to leave and never come back.

If I could give a zero I would!! Dr Al Quasar couldn't even write a letter for my husband so his medical disability benefits didn't get revoked! He suffers from debilitating PTSD and now will get no disability only because Dr Al Quasar was too lazy to write a paragraph!!! Go anywhere else!!
