Dr. Lapner was very nice and knowledgeable, but there is ONE handicapped parking spot with a curb cut-out that isn't even 2.5' wide. Come on, guys. You're a medical clinic!

Dr. Fisher is great, understanding and kind. The front desk staff is a completely different story. They are SO rude and difficult. I always feel like I'm inconveniencing them when I try to book an appointment or come in for my appointment. I dread having to interact with them.

St. Albert Medical Clinic delivers great medical care to its patients. We have been going there from when it first opened nearly 10 years ago as 'Salvus Medical Clinic'. While we do have one primary doctor who cares for us we have seen many others on staff. All provide professional, thorough, and caring service - it's exemplary. The front office staff are also excellent. We highly recommend this clinic.

I love my doctor, Dr. Pratt. She is my family doctor, my son's doctor and delivered my son three years ago. And the receptionists are helpful, friendly and professional. The place is clean and welcoming.

I have been seeing Dr. Ching for around a decade; she has always been kind, thorough, and willing to listen to any concerns I've had. I've also seen two other doctors there (Dr. Adams and Dr. Fischer) at different points when Dr. Ching has been away. Both of them were also incredibly kind and helpful -- Dr. Adams even called me from her home to reassure me about some test results. I have never had a bad experience at this clinic; it seems like they have a great team an really emphasize treating patients with care and being thorough when investigating concerns.

Although my Dr is courteous and professional, the phone answering system is the worst! Always I am waiting for over 10 minutes and regularly 20-30 minutes. I often get voice-mail that is full so can't even leave a message. I will be looking for another office as a result.
