Présenté à midi avec de la difficulté à respiré, fiévreuse ( toutefois avec advils et tylenol la fièvre non présente pendant l’évaluation de l’infirmière ) placé dans la liste comme la 8 ième patiente.. après 13 heures , rétrogradé de 2 place!! SUGGESTION: rendre le tableau d’attente disponible en ligne pour permettre au patient d’attendre autre part qu’à l’urgence directement sans perdre leurs places tout en ayant la possibilité d’être installé plus confortablement que sur une chaise de plastique pendant plus de 12 heures! Nos animaux reçoivent de meilleurs soins! Au secours, la gestion à besoin de réfléchir à cette suggestion.
