I attend Parhelia Massage on a frequent basis to deal with chronic pain from an old accident and every time I leave I always feel better than when I went in. Well educated, diverse training and amazing massage therapists, beautiful warming atmosphere and overall a great place. I would, and do, recommend to anyone looking for massage therapy work.

The facility is clean, modern and very relaxing. Carissa Trask is an incredible RMT and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She always remembers my problem areas no matter how long it's been since I last saw her, and she scales her pressure to what my body needs that day. Very professional and effective treatment from Carissa.

The massage therapist was a student, but very professional. It is not stated on the website that the massages practiced by students are not reimbursed by the insurance companies. The owner was not very courteous when answering this fact, so I do not give a very positive rating.

Emma is awesome. She help me release a lot of tension in my shoulder and neck. Her mix of deep tissue and trigger point technique is really dialed in. Highly recommend !
