I had a terrible knot in my lower back with so much pain I could hardly get out of bed. Lori was able to assess it, massage it, and gave me some stretches and exercises to help sort it out. Very knowledgeable, has a great knowledge of anatomy and explains things so they're easy to understand. Also did some fascia work ????????????
