I attended a Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction course with Joanne. Honestly, when I signed up, I did it because I thought I *should.* I quickly discovered it was amazing! I was able to find some peace in a crazy, chaotic life. Thank you Joanne!

I attended a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course led by Joanne Frederick in 2017. I was interested in the program as I had read about how this program was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and that it was done careful and important research showing the benefits to those taking the course.. I think we are very lucky to have a Regina-Based teacher of this program. I benefitted greatly from the course and still practice mindfulness daily.
