Was unable to connect with anyone this morning through phone, and was pleasantly surprised to receive a callback, even though I left no message. These people then went completely out of their way to get me connected with the help I needed, despite not having the proper payment options. It was made very clear to me that getting people the help they need is a major priority to them. I'm stunned by the efforts and generosity put forth. It was a much needed brightness during a challenging time in my life.
