Wait times have improved however sometimes the recoptionists can be a bit short

Wait times have improved since my last review. There is no parking for this location with the exception of a few parking spaces directly behind the building. Most people park in the Tim Horton's parking lot located beside the Holly Clinic.

We have booked phone appointments the last three weeks in a row!! and have not received our call appointments. I am absolutely furious as this effects people more than you could imagine we are now forced to go to the hospital to fill a prescription. In these times more than ever we do not want to go to the hospital, or take up any of their time in order to do something so miniscule as filling a prescription.
