Hi- I had a “Total knee replacement surgery” back in July 2021 finally, after 4 different physio treatments with knee, not getting any slightly better - I held my breath and made an appointment with “PhysioNorth” in Prince George oh my goodness- after 2 treatments with PhysioNorth Sports & Wellness Centre, WOW ???? omg I was able to bend, straighten do different manoeuvres with knee that was impossible for me to do before! Mark Isaacs, Ryan Patterson: - knowledgeable with what to do, manipulating, massaging knee ....... showing me exercises that worked. This review is for Mattias Muller a physical therapist at this clinic. He is 5☆. Very knowledgeable, good manner, kind, patient, and good communicator. Also very gentle. Highly recommended!

A little bit about myself, I broke both bones in my lower left leg and had an emergency surgery back in January. Weeks of wheelchairs and crutches, and I can finally start weight bearing. Physiotherapy appointments were made and cancelled at multiple offices in Prince George due to recent social distancing requirements. I was hooped. I'm not a gym rat or yogi and had no idea where to start. I needed direction, a plan and timeframe so I can go back to work. After some googling I found out Physionorth does TeleRehab..? Sounds weird right? Isn't physiotherapy something you do in person? But insurance was breathing down my back and I desperately needed an assessment done. After choosing an appointment slot and vacuuming my apartment multiple times, I set up my one yoga mat and laptop. It was so easy! You don't need to download any third party programs, they send you a confirmation link through email of an encrypted video chatroom and you can talk to the physiotherapist one on one. The process to set it up was easy (would recommend setting it up with a hands free device so you can follow along and try some exercises). Ryan was very helpful and we built a strengthening program that I could do using items I already had access to at home. I was worried that social distancing would prolong my road to recovery, but the TeleRehab option Physionorth put me back on track.

Everytime I injure myself the team at Physionorth have me back to my activities in no time (Or better yet modify my activity temporarily to allow me to continue it). I could not be happier with the service and expertise!

My experience was overwhelmingly positive and helpful. I found the staff very knowledgeable and sincerely caring. Not only have I healed well, but I learned a lot about my overall health that I can apply moving forward. Thank you to everyone who assisted in my recovery!

Did not receive attentive care- too many patients being helped at once. My physiotherapist was vague about my injury and what was going on, and gave me exercises that were later denounced by another physiotherapist, who claimed they were only making my injury worse. Not a good experience here.

Wonderful experience here! Mark is so knowledgeable and was able to diagnose what was causing my pain right away and fix it completely!

Mark is an athlete. As an athlete he understands that you want to be back in action ASAP. As a runner, I have seen him multiple times. I’ve seen others, and it’s always “don’t run for six weeks”. Mark will tell you flat out what your boundaries are and what you can and can not do as he is fixing you. He was recommended by another runner and I now I do the same.
