Showed up early for my appointment, spent 45 minutes listening to the doctor I was supposed to see making phone calls in the next room. Walked away, what a waste of time. Doesn't matter if they are timely with their phone calls, patients in office should always be a priority.

Been a patient for 3 years but anytime i try to call to make an appointment is an ordeal. Either the phone doesn't get answered AT ALL, or i get put in a holding pattern where they come back just to ask me if i can hold, when i already was... Additionally, if my doctor has to get something sent to another office, it never actually gets to that other office and results in huge amounts of frustration and calling multiple offices to make one specialist appointment. Incredibly unorganized and unprofessional receptionists. Just makes health care soo much harder during Covid. Not to mention my doctor took a holiday without any warnings, so we were left to figure things out, like medications, in the middle of a pandemic.

Open at 1:30 my a$$, it's after 2 on a Wednesday and there's still no answer...the doctor covering for ours after he randomly left didn't send my husband's prescription refills to the pharmacy and now we can't reach anyone. This place is a joke..

Reception never seems to answer the phones. All we get is a message to say their lunch time is 12:30 to 1:30. Tried calling after 2 pm only to get the same recorded message about their lunch time. When I finally decided to drive down there to make the appointment they gave me some lame excuse about how their phones got stuck on the message, no apology. These are the people we are entrusting our health to and they can't even operate their phones.

Don't think they do their booking properly, or they need to change something. End up sitting in the reception area for at least 45 mins every time I go in for an appointment. **update* well hoped it would improve, but if I could give zero stars I would. I've been going to this office for over 10 years, it has always been a bit tricky with booking and how poorly organized they are, but lately it is infuriating trying to get ahold of someone over the phone. They say they will send a note or prescription after an appointment, but never do, and and you have to spend your entire week trying to get through to someone on the phone to ask for it to be sent again, and even then they don't always do so, so then you're back to square one. You sit with the phone ringing for 10 plus minutes and either someone picks up and immediately puts you on hold, or they don't pick up at all. That or they pick up and hang up on you and that's it.

Not happy with this clinic and I would give a long and detailed review of the reason why. To be brief their reception is among the worst I;'ve ever had to deal with. The hours of operation are also not optimal. They work what maybe 4 hours on a friday, must be nice. I would suggest hiring capable staff to answer phones, upgrade the phone systems if not adequate and give clients a better opportunity to have their needs met by extending hours of operation.

Do you guys just never answer the phone anymore? every time I try to call I constantly get directed to the Covid-19 message after the phone rings a few times. No way to even leave a message for my doctor. Your reception needs a serious overhaul. How am I supposed to make an appointment when the only option on the answering machine is the Covid hotline?

You can not get through on the phone to make an appointment and they will not allow you to walk in and make an appointment.

All the doctors here are good at there job. There is the problem with trying to get through to reception. It took me awhile to realize you have to wait through the automated message for the call to start ringing. Even then you will be on hold for awhile but it does eventually get answered.

I have seen a lot of Drs in my time, but Dr Higgins is the very best. Exceptional bedside manner, superior medical knowledge, and incredible diligence despite a high caseload. This is how health care should be. Also, the staff is always patient and helpful.

Please get a new MOA team. It takes an average of 1 week to get through on the phone.. then once you get through on the phone.. it takes about 3 minutes of constant ringing, then 30-40 minutes of being on hold. I’ve never experienced anywhere this horrible. Doctors need to pay attention to what’s going on.

Dr Higgins is the best doctor I've ever had, I have extensive health issues and Dr Higgins is one of the few doctors who will listen to me and take my opinion into account. Always get seen quickly, amazing bed side manners.

I'm baffled that this clinic continues operating with such horrible front office staff. If this level of quality started when the pandemic began, I would understand, however this has been a problem for years and is only getting worse. HOY needs to either hire better staff or train existing staff at doing their jobs properly. This is a medical clinic dealing with the health of many people and as such, accountability is needed. Please fix this issue, people depend on this clinic.

Horrible MOA team. They never answer the phone, and when they actually answer.. you are put on hold for 15 minutes. I’ve been in the office for an appointment and I’ll be the only one in the waiting room and there are two receptionists. I’m not sure what they spend their time doing, because by the looks of the reviews, they aren’t following through with requests either. Frustrated

Dr Hillhouse, not a good doctor. Thinks everything is a joke. A doctor at the walk-in clinic told me I could come back for test results that night. The nurse at the blood lab in the hospital told me the same. He just laughed as if it was all a joke practically implying I Iied. Thanks for that. Dont need doctors like you.

Dr. Higgins- Mine and my family's doctor my whole life. I hear people often complain about their doctors and am glad I have a good one to begin with. Very attentive to our health issues when needed, always goes above and beyond for us. Glad to have someone proactive, insightful, and genuinely caring towards his patients. ???? Also not sure what people are saying about the office not answering. I get in either immediately or I call back a couple times (it's a clinic- and likely busy) and get through another time. ????????‍♀️

My elderly mother and I had the most horrible experience with both reception staff and Dr. Norouzi. After waiting 45 minutes after our appointment time we were told it was a meet and greet appointment. When Dr. Norouzi realized my mother was from out of town and would not be a long term patient, she dismissed us. I asked if she could please write a prescription as my mother really needed some relief. She said "No, then I would be required to follow-up on her." I had fully explained the out of town situation to reception, the fall my mother had at my home, and her not being able to return home for some time, and they put us through intake paperwork and this long wait, only to get NOTHING but a huge amount of stress.

Reception is VERY unprofessional. Never answer their phone and if they do you're on hold for a WHILE or they hangup on you. Been trying to get an appointment for a week. Call daily and no answer. There's no voicemail. This is the worst doctor's office I have ever been to. Save yourself the headache and go to a different practice. You will NOT get quality care here.

Dr Gill handles patients poorly. Staff at counter have a lot of laughs with each other, but are rude to clients. And good luck if you need a referral to a specialist! Can't handle this feedback either

Whole new moa team. Never answer the phone. Do these doctors even care? Do they want to work? Worst moa team i ever saw in my life. They say send an email they still havent answered it over 10 days now. Drs keep leaving and keep getting new ones. No time to build trust. I dont think this office even cares about our health anymore. If there were a zero star thats what i would give. They even book your appointment wrong time and expect you to wait while the dr gets out of bed.What happened to our health care. Its in the toilet
