Not invested in what they do in my opinion. I dont think that they are very professional, or very empathetic or invested in their patients. Its run quite carelessly, resulting in many canceled/Reschesuled appointments and even a no call-no show from a therapist I had an appointment with. There was no compassion or apology when turning me away, knowing that i had paid for a cab both ways, and I walked out the doors crying calling the cab back. I believe their carelessness could be and is detrimental to someone whose mental health is already on the decline, and who has been reaching out for help desperately and constantly. I'm not sure if it's because it's a free service, but I will be saving up my money to talk to someone in a business that will have to hold some accountability and responsibility.
