After a great deal of stress I broke down at triage one night and asked to speak to a counsellor. I was told that my number would be passed on to this place. Days later I got a call from "Brad", who spoke with me briefly and said he would be back in touch on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. This was weeks ago. I called community mental health to let them know about this and was swiftly transferred from one monotone employee to the voice mail of another, who has not bothered to call me back. These people need your help, not your apathy. Horrible organization and client communication. I would give them 0/5 if that was even possible. Do not recommend. I would rather talk to squirrels in the park than these people ever again.

I have used this service for about 2 years now and am very satisfied with the quality of the programs offered. I have attended 3 groups and found all to be very helpful.

Dr. Demaris seems to be attempting to facilitate my death. For the first time in 30 years I have found peace with my mental health, after years of psychotic episodes, tens of suicide attempts, one that shattered my spine and put me in a coma for 3 weeks and ruined my life. I finally found the medication combination that worked for me and she took me off of it after I had clearly expressed the success that I had with this medication after 3 months of consistently taking it, I had finally felt the affects and felt like a normal person. Now I'm back to the monster that I was before the medication and I can't live like this again. Thank you very much Dr Demaris for ruining my f*cking life and taking away my will to live!!! THIS IS ON YOU!!!!!!!

Just tried to use this service, provided by the hospital! When I walked in I was turned around by the receptionist and told only tuesdays and thursdays are walk in days and was handed a panphlet for some help talk line. Sorry that the only time I work up the nerve to walk in there and ask for help its not within bussiness hours.

Came all the way out from Garden hill for my appointment. It was hard to see driving due to all the rain. Ended up being only 4 minutes late and the woman at the front desk told me the doctor had left and acted quite unprofessional about it ! What a joke !
