I have tried many massage establishments and when I moved to Port Colborne from Toronto I said to my family that it was Top 3 of all time. I've been going every month for the past 2 years. The Owner is a wonderful woman who takes care of her clients, staff and store. Clean cosy fluffy bedding. Amazing teas, lotions and other products to try and purchase. All the girls there give a great massage. I suggest trying an Indian head massage plus 60 min full body.

Absolutely love going into hands on health! I Everyone is so kind and friendly and welcoming! Even through all of these covid regulations they still make you feel at home. I 10000% recommend checking it out. I see Shawna, she has super strong fingers and is super nice. They also carry a variety of goodies that look and smell amazing. Had a wonderful Christmas present which was the indulge pkg and it was a very relaxing spa experience! Rachel did a great job! The pkg included lower legs and feet massage (my fav) and wrap, indian head massage and facial cupping and wrap, and hands and arms massaged! Ahhhh! ❤ A beautiful setting and the herbal tea during our wait was delicious as well! Clean, professional, busy, and wonderful results! Recommend to anyone in Port Colborne area! They are RMTs so many treatments are covered by insurance plans! ????

Treatments are fantastic & the hands on health exclusive product " No Sweat" OMG the best yet works great on smelly sweaty clothes. My son rows and the boys smell in his room is gone. I wash his bedding, rowing clothes all with No Sweat washing soap and room smells so much better. Well worth the cost. And try the antibacterial spray on running shoes and the gym bag what a difference..check it out!!!

I suffer from chronic neck, shoulder and back pain as a result of a workplace accident i had 17 years ago that cost me part of my right arm. I have been to numerous massage therapy clinics trying to find one that could help me reduce my pain level before I decided to try Hands on Health. I always avoided going to Hands on Health because their fees were slightly higher than other clinics but that was a mistake. The extra fee dollars are definitely worth it. I have seen all but one of their therapist and they are all amazing. Friendly, professional and very caring. I highly recommend Hands on Health and can not sing their praises loud enough. I will keep going there as long as I can.

This place is primo! I initially went in due to shoulder pain that I’ve been experiencing for a decade. It was originally classified as a repetitive strain injury, for which I was given exercises to do. As a natural human being, I never did these exercises. When I went to Hands in Health to see if perhaps a massage could cure my ailment Shawna offered so much assistance and advice it was above and beyond! She spent our hour focusing on my shoulder, asked me questions about the injury to get more info and in the end she suspected it was posture related. She gave me some tips and tricks, as well as an easy stretch to help things out and these - unlike my previous exercises - have really seemed to help!! I still have bad days, normally where I’m stressed at work and hunched over my desk, but as long as I pay attention to what Shawna taught me I feel SO much better. Now I just go back for some occasional pain relief but mostly just for the relaxation ????
