Danielle Button, Katey Moores, & student Bradley are excellent Occupational & Physical Therapists. The facility has state of the art equipment in their therapy gym, friendly front desk staff & excellent COVID protection measures.

From a fitness stand point, it's limited. However, it should be sufficient for the average person. Should you leave this place, keep an eye on your credit card statement. They may continue to charge you after cancel your membership.

When a therapist is there to help a patient that is in pain, does not do that. But rather threaten him because he is not healing to cancel his sessions. She had him in tears he broke down in the car to the point he could not drive. He is still under doctors care. Do you think he wants to be in pain. This therapist should not be a therapist, and our doctor will be swear of his treatment. This therapist should be ashamed of her self.

I began physio at ProActive on Aberdeen Ave. about a month ago with Emma. Emma is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and professional but so friendly at the same time. I feel very at ease with her. And Melanie who sets me up with my exercises, etc is awesome!

I cannot say enough about Pro Active. I go to Jess for massage ( sports ) and she is fantastic. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I always feel 150% when I leave, with more mobility and flexibility in my back and shoulders. I have been to many wellness centres but this is by far the best.

Clean, efficient, accessible, professional, well equipped, wide range of services, direct billing for some insurance companies. I recomnend calling to make a booking, though. It is way more efficient than the online system provided.
