Absolutely the worst for answering phone calls, phone is constantly busy. The office is almost impossible to contact unless you attend in person! 90% of the time it says the customer is unavailable meaning the phones have been shut off. I strongly believe this office should re evaluate who is a secretary at this location . Jami is great and friendly and kind and always tries her best however I won’t mention the others name... is rude erroragont and quite frankly seems in capable of answering a telephone ! Very disappointed with being ignored and dismissed as if I was not there and very frustrated with not being able to ever contact the office unless I drive 45 minutes to walk in!
