Appointment was made to bring patient to her office. Watters did not wait but instead visited the care facility patient was residing in. Patient had been prescribed an antibiotic for a UTI which turned out she was allergic to. Watters trivialized the rash and would not do a test to determine the most effective antibiotic. In attendance when Watters interviewed patient were son and personal care assistant. Watters barged into room, did not introduce herself and intimidated patient by rapid fire questions. Son intervened to protect mother. Watters became enraged and ordered son and PCA outside the room in a public area where she inappropriately discussed patient in an open forum. She then stated "we are off to a bad start".
Son had power of attorney but Watters falsely accused son of not providing such when it was on file at care center, contacted Guardian office and attempted to remove son from mother's care when he was in USA on business. Son left PCA in charge of care during his absence. Watters refused to communicate with PCA. Son removed mother from British Columbia. In my view Watters is vengeful, mentally unbalanced and dangerous. Son fired Waters. In response, Watters sent son TWO different invoices for the visit. However invoices were fraudulent as they were not for the dates she visited the care center and that was the only time Watters saw patient. Complaint filed over conduct. Watters perjured herself significantly.
