Here you will see the reviews of people like you who consume the services and products of Oshawa Clinic (Psychiatrist) in Oshawa territory (Canada).
At the moment this firm has a score of 2.5 stars over 5 and that score is based on 109 reviews.
As you can read, its rating is weak, and it's founded on a very large number of opinions, so we can say that the rating is very faithful. If many people have bothered to leave their score when they've done well with the business, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to give reviews when these are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Psychiatrist is included in the category of Medical clinic.
Took my 5 year old daughter to the Taunton location for non-Covid related illness. She saw Dr John, who was just amazing. Spoke kindly& directly to my daughter. Used language a 5 year old would understand as well. The waiting room was clean& tidy. The lab is on-site so results were back quickly (before even being seen by Dr John). Highly recommend this location. Parking is paid but the bus stop is walking distance.
Emergency service is pretty good Many specialist available Definitely needs a facelift Usually busy Always better than waiting at the hospital ????
The Oshawa Clinic is easy to get too, parking is plentiful, including wheelchair parking. With COVIDS they have made it easy to enter and paying for parking is simple with cash, debit and credit cards.
I was scheduled for a breathing capacity test they refuse to let me into the building because I was not wearing a mask which would make the test meaningless
Being new to oshawa, i just chose the closest clinic. I went in and Dr. Fung seemed to be in a rush. He jumped on his computer, asked me what the issue was, and before i finished explaining the issue he just upped my medication and told me to have a good day. I was not confident in his recommendation and booked an appointment with my family doctor just to be safe. My whole appointment maybe lasted 2 minutes. Will not be going back.
Definitely requesting a new gynecologist. This wasn't worth waiting six months for. I concur with the horrific reviews. The Pap test was torture! Giving birth was easier! The receptionist, Sarah, was an absolute joy to meet! Very pleasant and efficient.
Get your covid-19 policies straight and always have someone at the door there is services in the building and things that are time sensitive - the doctor tells you one thing but you get blocked at the door by the security guard - what a joke! Everyday it’s some kind of different procedure. If I could I’d avoid this clinic all together I would!
The walk in receptionist asked me why I was there, I didn’t want to answer but I feel that information is to be kept confidential between me and my doctor, not some lady and a room full of Oshawa people. The waiting room has uncomfortable chairs, and an overall feeling of filth. Because of its location, drug addicts can be found here often. They do have a tv on the news channel so you can be entertained while you wait for one hour or more.
Left me outside in the cold (-20) for an hour knowing full well I didn’t have a vehicle to wait in. Just kept telling me to be patient.
Acne treatment is covered by OHIP for free! I was prescribed a benzoyl peroxide clindamycin kit that lasts 3 months. It's easy to get treatment, just tell them you need treatment and nothing is working. First come first serve unless it's severe. Short waiting times if there's barely anyone. Some doctors are good and some are bad - best to get a second opinion. There is no bike rack here but there is a railing out front you can lock up against. The doors actually open to the clinic room at 9 AM and if you get there first you will get treatment first.
One of the worst doctors offices ever. I spent almost 5 years with a broken wrist that they kept saying was not broken even though I had multiple xrays on it.... Now I call and ask about the walk in clinic and the receptionist was very very unhelpful and uneducated in her job. I asked about urgent care she said I dont know I cant see that area. So i had to explain to her to transfer my call over to the urgent care section. These people are over paid and the most rude people around.
Spent an hour and a half in the waiting room and 5 dollars for parking. FOR NOTHING. Problem was not resolved ????
My family doc does the walk in so I always get the help I need.
The Oshawa Clinic has been a part of my and my family's health care for quite a few years. Whether it's blood work, mammograms, x-rays, and EKG's we have found staff to be professional and respectful.
PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES!!!! Are minus stars possible? So a question. Can we all agree that any establishment that claims they provide health care should be wheel chair accessible, right? Yeah, so this place is not. My father uses a wheel chair given his advanced Parkinson's. The wheel chair he uses for appointments etc. is actually quite slim - a transport chair. So the chair would not fit through the door of the room he needed to go in for his biopsy. Seriously? Staff were rude, flippant and thoroughly unprofessional. I work in health care, my father himself was a family doctor. I will speak for both of us that we have and would bend over backwards to help people out. Instead we have a group here offering no support, no help, no assistance whatsoever to brainstorm the problem. To top it off, staff said my dad has to change into a gown. Of course, no problem. The door to the bathroom they were being directed to was 20 inches wide! Whhhaaaat? So my mother asked if she could change him in the procedure room and they said no. To back up here, my dad clearly has mobility issues. Getting to appointments is quite an effort. I think anyone in the same boat, or with a loved one in the same boat, knows that getting out of the house for really anything is really really tough. So here we are. The facility could not perform the procedure because, yes my friends, they were not wheelchair accessible. Shame on you Oshawa Imaging Centre. What a disgrace.
Went for an ultrasound and the tech actually asked why I was there and when I explained why because my midwife sent me she didn't even know what a marginal cord infraction was! Waited 50 mins to get a 3 min ultrasound. Very rude. When I asked for a picture she said that's not what shes there for. Not going back there for ultrasounds Courtice Clinic is 100 times better. These people need to get the attitude fixed.
I stay away from that whole Oshawa clinic health group, I find the Glazier clinic has nicer staff and specialists that actually care.
This place deserves 0 star. Doctors are unethical and don't take patients are seriously. Sexist place. Don't go in there. Even the receptionist lies on the phone just so you can come and so they get paid. I inquired about a service over the phone, and even confirming about 3 times over the phone. Waited for an hour and a half just to be told by the dumb ignorant doctor that he can't do it. What a shame. The physicians here are a disgrace to the college of physicians.
Pretty good clinic
Had my appointment pushed back 7 times and finally see my family Doctor 5 months later
I had an appointment today with dr. Tepper. He tested me for allergies & was straight forward with me & prescribed nose spray and allergy pill & an appointment on discussing how meds helped. Very pleased with his manner & knowledge. Thank you
Great experience with all four of my kids over a period of 4 weeks during this horrible flu season. We were seen fast (maybe because we went after 6pm) there wasn't much people there. The doctors are very assuring(if you still feel concerned bring him, bring her back as much as you need.) That made me feel good as a concerned mother when my kids are sick. They treat the issue they see with efficiency and care. Pretty good experience so far. They should however find a better way for the receptionist to ask why you are there, because everyone can hear and sometimes that can be embarrassing having other people listen in on your convo.
Piss poor service in their urgent care department . The Dr or should I say resident did nothing . Made me wait for 2 hours to only be told that my back will heal on its own . I couldn't even get myself out of bed this morning without severe pain and spasming piss poor clinic with asses for drs.
This clinic is an absolute disgrace. It's a dark, dingy dungeon. The place looks like it's absolutely falling apart. I was shocked at how dirty and cluttered it was. And there were actual holes in the walls with wires sticking out. I'm not typically a claustrophobic person, but I feel very uncomfortable inside this building. It's also very hard to navigate through the building. I felt like a rat in a maze. No clear signs to tell you where to go. Seriously, avoid this clinic if at all possible!
Update your website! Apparently they've been closed for a while bit website says they're open. Went in to see a sign on the locked door, "temporarily closed " Wasted money on an Uber. Some guy said they've been closed for a year!?! UPDATE THE WEBSITE!!! 0 Stars
My mom had to wait a year and a half to see the the neurologist just to have a three minute appointment with her and she didn’t even care to explain to us anything related to her illness and the reason behind her unbearable headaches but just provided the medication and sent us home. They really need to learn how to treat patients. Patient care comes first before anything, there’s a reason you guys have this job to begin with. It’s a shame how many people go home disappointed, confused and helpless.
I went to go see doctor s. w. siomra (ENT doctor) and he seems nice enough but i was horrified seeing how he cleaned his instruments after he used them in my ears and mouth. He washed the mouth scope tool with his bare hands under tap water for about 5 seconds WITHOUT SOAP only to store it back in a mounted cabinet for the next patient!!! Unless you want to contract a cold or worse a diease i would suggest NEVER going here! This place needs to be auditted and shut down!!!
Avoid at all costs, this is just a bad clinic in general. The staff here are condescending, rude and dismissive. There are unreasonably long wait times, and it's very hard to get an appointment. Had to wait two and a half hours for a virtual, turned phone appointment, where the neurologist never showed. No follow-up from reception, and no explanation other than "he's running late". Unprofessional, unreasonable and unhelpful. Stay away at all costs.
Honestly? People only go to this clinic 1- if another doctor SENDS them here for tests, or 2- if they travel on foot and so HAVE to go to the closest place possible. I can't see anyone CHOOSING to go here. You know how in every neighborhood there's the mall that people go to...and the mall that people USED to go to? This is the clinic that people USED to go to. It's a small, crowded, dark, run down walk-in clinic, and though there have been some renovations to the walk-in area, it is still small, and crowded. It was built probably in the early 1980's when there were far fewer people in Oshawa. The doctors, like many in Oshawa, seem to be just reluctantly "going through the motions". There is a lot of waiting, and then a "Just the facts ma'am/here's a script" attitude. I've never had a doctor say "goodbye" at the end. They just stand up and walk out suddenly. Parents with small children struggle in the walk-in with long wait times, small spaces and no entertainment. If you're a germophobe bring your anti-anxiety pills, you'll need them! There is one very claustrophobic and ancient elevator to serve five stories, fits maybe 4 people- unless one has a walker. Then it fits two people, lol. This clinic isn't easily accessible- though it is POSSIBLE to navigate in a wheelchair/stroller, with help (most people in Oshawa are nice, they'll hold a door open for you without needing to be asked, usually☺). Lab is in the basement. It's very bright and open, but REALLY open. Everyone waiting can see you getting blood drawn, and the nurses talk loud enough for everyone to hear. So if you are there for sensitive/private stuff prepare to be embarrassed, in front of everyone. Oh, and there's no parking. Don't try to park in the parking lot next to the clinic, the employees from the pharmacy will LITERALLY run out of their store and start yelling at you to move your car.. and threaten have it towed. Not an enjoyable experience at the best of times but even worse when you just spent five minutes wrangling a sick baby into a stroller or you're in a lot of pain. About four blocks East there's a Tim Hortons you can park in.. I give it two stars because 1) It exists. There aren't many clinics in Oshawa, we need all we can get. And 2) it does the job. Need a doctor on short to no notice? They have it. Need a prescription refill? They can do it. The asthetics, logistics, architecture, decor and customer service aside.. it's better than nothing.
Husband wasn't even taken back to a room until almost an hour and a half after his appointment time and it was almost another 30min before he was seen.
Literally what you would expect from an downtown Oshawa Clinic... work on your professionalism please and put some pride in the fact you work in healthcare ;)
Horrible place
First horrible experience there. Dr. G. Martin. If you have asthma do not let him assess you. 2 mild puffers for very inflamed asthma. I'll never argue with a doctor. Though another doctor just like him misdiagnosed me. Asthma wasn't in fact the problem. I have Hodgkin's lymphoma which mimics asthma. These doctors follow a budget and not patient needs. Luckily I keep required prednisone on hand. Honestly very frustrating. Doctor need to listen to patients symptoms. Easy to miss things with a basic stethoscope. Be your own advocate. No one knows your like you.
Never on time calling you to talk over the phone waited four hours and nothing .
Well today was a total waist of time, energy and pain... I was referred to Dr. Yusuf who apparently had no access to my records but thinks he was able to call me a liar about the illness that I’ve already been diagnosed with... Also basically rushed me in and rushed me out... Didn’t ask me any questions except for 1 completely uncalled for and uncomfortable one... When I tried to show him the past meds I had recently been on that recently caused me to go to the hospital, he prescribed me 1 of the same medications... Needless to say, when I got home I immediately called my family doctor to make a appointment with her to tell her about what happened and to once again get referred to another doctor who will hopefully actually listen and ask questions and not call me a liar when I tell them I’ve been diagnosed with a specific illness and even have the scars to prove I had a surgery that confirmed my diagnosis..... oh and also Dr., just so you know, I am in dire pain now and have been since I left your office, since you didn’t seem to care to be gentle at all with my body even though I told you of my illness and that I am in pain all the time and have been for years... so ya thanks for nothin...
Dr. JAMIE TEEPER, SAVED MYLIFE. HE IS GENTLE AND KIND. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. CARING. NOONE UP NORTH COULD FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG. HE DID.
My first time visiting the office. The clinic it self is so unorganized and dirty. Saw two dead roaches by the elevator downstairs. And if you are referred to see Dr. Tuppal, cancel your appointment and find a new organized dermatologist. The receptionist acts as if its a chore for them to put on a smile (no friendly welcome). Communication is horrible and was rushed for my appointment for 9:30am. Got there at 9:31am, then waited at the reception for 1hr to be called into the doctors office, waited another 30min before the doctor walked in. Rather then letting the patient tell the doctor what's going on, he would rather read his notes from the referred doctor. Dr. Tuppal asked me to remove my clothing and put on the hospital gown then he vanished for another 20min and at this point I could not handle their service and left. Being cramped in a closet sized room in a hospital gown, did not make feel any better as I am claustrophobic. No calls, no follow up nor any form of call back to see if everything was okay. Left work for nothing wasted visit, wasted time. What should have taken only maximum of 30min visit turned out to be almost 2hr of wasted time and effort. I do not recommend the doctor nor the clinic. If you (Dr. Tuppal ) is reading this feel free to contact me.
I have never had a good experience here. Especially Dr. Jamie Tepper is the worst allergist I have had the displeasure of working with.
Needed to get my hand stitched up walked in than walked right back out the place was so dirty.
Dr a salam is very nice doctor. Friendly staff and very nice nurse. Over all good experience at walk in
The girl you speak to too book virtual visit with is not courteous at all and is very dismissive.... Sounds like she doesn't even enjoy working there to be honest.... But whatever you should still make the effort on how you sound on the phone
My wife is pregnant with our first baby. We were very excited going for the first ultrasound, to see out baby for the first time. Dr Hepburn has been assigned to us. The lady doing the ultrasound for him, was very quiet during the process, every sometime mumbling something to herself. Looking at the screen I asked if what I see is the baby, but she ignored me and kept taking the screenshots. Then after few minutes, she told us "7 weeks on Monday" and started leaving the office. We were quite shocked, as we expected her to at least tell us where to look at the screen to see the baby. She totaly ruined the entire experience for us and left a bitter taste in our mouths. We will not be going back there ever. Please stay away from Oshawa Clinic if you want to have a positive experience from your first ultrasound visit.
Very bad service, something needs to change in this clinic. I come here to be treated and am disappointed each time. From closing early to the secretaries being very misleading on the phone, I would recommend if ever needing to go to a walk in clinic, to definitely not go to this one and choose another one. I do not have a car and they end up wasting my time and money
I have been a patient of Dr Tuppel’s for many years. He may be a nice man but he is so disrespectful of peoples time. At this very moment there are 5 people sitting here waiting for him to even show up at the office even tho his first appointment was already scheduled 45 minutes ago. This is not just a one time thing this has happened every single time I have had an appointment. It is completely rude, disrespectful. Stay away from this guy!
Avoid these dumps at all costs! Best of luck trying to speak with someone on the phone. It’s only going to get worse! Thanks Doug Ford!
The phone service needs a lot of improvement I just looped around and around for 5 minutes still did not get to speak to an attendant or be in queue for any calls
Reading all of the other reviews and it seems to me that all services offered in this building are all fairly basic or poor. Rude staff, rundown building, long wait times? Yep, couldn’t agree more with the reviews. Sad.
I’ve been to many clinics in Toronto, Whitby and Oshawa, and to this one at least 4 times. The doctors were courteous and gave me good advice each time here. Reception was also friendly. It can get busy, but that is not their fault.
Dr. Arruda is fantastic, his receptionist is horrible!! I found that Dr. Arruda was very timely, polite and took interest in what I had to say. I felt like he actually heard and took what I said into consideration. My big complaint is, over a 4 week period I have attempted to contact the office 3 times because I have important papers that require his attention, but his receptionist has not bothered to return ANY of my phone calls.
sorry. i want to say ultrasound lab.
I have a very simple ear infection, but now need to get covid testing because I had ONE SINGLE SYMPTON of it and it was DUE TO EATING FOOD I DON'T USUALLY EAT. I can pretty safely say, as someone who gets these ear infections semi-annually (and they should be able to see that on my medical documentation since I've gone there for it there before), that I do not have covid. I'm in immense pain, my ear is swollen shut/closed, and they told me to go get covid testing if I wanted any help/medication. Extremely unhelpful and zero point to having virtual appointments. I don't even want to leave the house the pain is so bad, and you are supposed to help people virtually. It should've just been, look at my records, believe me when I say my ear is swollen shut. Nothing is going to change if someone looks at it, they are just gonna say, "it's swollen shut, you need some medication to stop the swelling." like every time prior to this. But no, now I need to go to the hospital and risk actually getting it. I am never going to rely on this place ever again and I recommend other people to not as well, they are not interested in actually helping people.
Great experience for the most part, we were there to see Dr. Arruda, he's obviously very busy because the appt. was over two months away when I got it but his receptionist is lovely and he is very nice and personable. I didn't feel rushed and he listened to everything I had to say about my experience, he was very nice to my 4 yr old daughter that came with me. I am also very satisfied with his assessment of my condition and his recommendations of how to proceed from here. Overall a very positive experience. We also had to go to the lab for blood tests while here and they were just lovely. Very quick as well. Ammendment- the ultra sound xray receptionists are miserable and sour.
It should be zero stars for the service I had experience at this walk in clinic...save your time and go anywhere else...zero knowledge from a female doctor I saw....and extremely unpleasant women in reception...
Walk-in Clinic receptionist was fabulous, booked our virtual visit when all other clinics in the area couldnt even answer their phones
It was suggested that I have an IOL Master Eye Test prior to having cataract surgery on my right eye. My left eye was good and did not require treatment. I contacted my insurance and was told they would pay $150.00 for the test. The clinic charges $300.00 for the test on both eyes. The test is done by a tech in a small room by the office of Dr. Nav Nijhawan. Prior to doing the eye measurement, the female tech asked if I had paid the $300.00. I explained that I did not need the test done on both eyes and that my insurance would pay $150.00. She then agreed to test one eye but still wanted $300.00. I left. OHIP does not pay for the IOL Test because it is not considered necessary. Instead, the eye surgeon will do an ultrasound when he examines the eye prior to surgery. Having a IOL Test is optional. My surgery was a success without having had the IOL Test. Beware. February 2021
First off let me start by saying this is the first time I’ve been so insulted and embarrassed at the level of treatment I received at this clinic (June 15 2019) I feel the need to publicly speak out about it. I went in the clinic this morning shortly after I woke up with extreme stomach discomfort and a few details I’ll leave out. I waited in the waiting room to see a doctor (which I fully expected as is the norm with walk ins) probably about 20 minutes. I HAD no problems with this as that’s actually not bad at all from my past experiences. Heres where it starts to go down hill. I sat in the examination room #1 (where the nurse takes your temperature and a few notes and precedes to tell you the doctor will be right with you)for about half an hour before I started counting the people who came in their rooms after me and were seen by a doctor and leaving with prescriptions in hand. I very nicely stepped out of my room (holding my stomach as the pain is starting to make me sweat and feel nauseous) approached the front desk an said “I’m sorry I’m not trying to be a bother but Ive noticed people being seen after I got in the examination room and I haven’t yet. I asked what was going on? Why haven’t I been able to see a doctor yet when people seem to be moving out every ten minutes or so” (I also want to point out I know it is standard if someone’s symptoms are more severe or life threatening that they see a doctor first) The lady informed me that there were TWO doctors working currently. One doctor is working rooms 3,4 and the other is working 1,2 and he is backed up. I went back to my room for about 20 minutes sobbing now counting the people coming and going including people who had gone to get x-rays, returned and left fully treated before I approached the counter again. I asked clearly distressed if I could be put in either examination rooms 3,4 because clearly the other doctor isn’t seeing any patients soon, pointing to the doctor I now realized is the one I’ve been waiting to see for almost 2 hours now has been on the computer adjacent to my room this whole time only leaving twice to go in the room next to mine. ( Don’t get me wrong I’m not saying the patient next to me doesn’t deserve or need his attention). She replies “it’s first come first serve “and blows me off. I’m pretty upset now and my patience are thin, the other nurse comes in my room clearly annoyed that I’ve asked what’s going on and tells me again how it’s first come first serve. I tell her my voice raising ( and this is were I’m embarrassed as I shouldn’t have left her upset me so much) “ I understand what first come first serve means but I was here FIRST! I was the First an hour ago!..well the nurse asks me in a condescending tone if she needs to call the police?!!! I’m so taken back by this! I’ve never ever done anything in my life that would require someone to call the police on my account. Hearing the commotion the doctor I’ve been waiting to see this whole time comes in the room like what’s going on here? The nurse really couldn’t be bothered to explain what had happened and leaves, the doctor closes the door, I’m mortified by what just happened and he just wants to get this over with. I’m wondering where the urgency was 2 hours ago, No even 20 minutes ago when he was standing at the computer and I was crying, clutching my stomach but he tells me to calm down take deep breaths? I try to explain to him how I very nicely asked to be put in a different room that I get doctors are very busy and can get backed up, that its first come first serve and all but they blatantly ignored my request after I watched patients coming and going and he says “ well its over and done now just keep breathing “ The total disregard for my feelings from him was enough, obviously I’ll never go back there. I should never have had to stand up for myself at a medical facility to receive medical attention FAIRLY. I’m embarrassed that I had to cause a scene to have my voice heard and be taken seriously. Something needs to be done.
I've come many times (3+) for ultrasounds and the staff in the imaging lab (receptionist & Ukrainian? tech) are always sour. Never polite. The tech asked me why I needed so many ultrasounds when notes indicated my pregnancy was not progressing well. Rude and argumentative when doing a scan for a miscarriage. The receptionist asking why I am sitting in her waiting room when I said I'm getting blood work for fertility. She asked if it's with a specific person but I don't know the name of the staff, just doing what the instructions told me to do. I understand some patients can be rude but you don't need to start your everyday this way- my appointments are always 7:30am. (Please note the fertility staff are great and kind and friendly, this review is specifically for the imaging department.)
Dr.Arruda the ENT is a waist of my time. He has an attitude of a grumpy old man. I had to see him because I was refered by my family doctor for my son fulleness hears and sinus. He told us after two appintments that my son was fine. Went to Toronto for a second opinion because my son was in pain. The new ENT said that my son needed tubes in his ears. Also he has an allergy.
Spending 20 min on the phone going in a loop trying to get any human on. This is ridiculous considering they just called me
Specifically regarding Dr. R. Tuppal. Do not waste your time with this doctor. You will wait and wait and wait. I have had 3 appts with him - maximum wait time was 1.5 hours. Today he wasnt even in the building until 35 minutes AFTER my scheduled appt time - I saw him coming in after I left out of total frustration. No one deserves to be disrespected by him.
I am shocked that Marilyn Van eke is still in charge of the running the oshawa clinic. She has been dishonest, accusatory and awful with staff, having hurt many careers The reception is abhorrent with no one being able to get through. The receptionist are way over worked that they have no time to breath. Population has grown exponentially and Marilyn van eke still has one operator at a time. Just look at the comments. If it wasn't such a hassle you would have so many more negative comments on here about this clinic. When will ministry of health step in?
They are super friendly and great with my daughter
clinic staff are amazing !!! large parking lot in the back of the building, or you can fight for a street parking spot out front. the back entrance has ramps for easy inside access, but has people 'traffic jams' & is extremely busy. do yourself a favor and arrive early as to avoid the 'jams' of these very rude and uncivilized persons.
they know what they were doing
I would go somewhere else but they're the closest to me.
Waited 3 months for a telephone appointment that got canceled 1 week prior to when it was scheduled for. The receptionist rudely told me that I had to confrim my appointment, even though it had already been confirmed. Already spoke to my family doctor and have been referred to a new gynecologist. Dont waste your time. Even if you do get in im sure all these negative review speak for themselves.
Took my infant son in to get checked. It wasnt busy at all. The doctor we saw said he had just a viral cold and he will be fine. Less then 24 hrs later i had an appt with my family doctor for my other child so had my son checked again to find he had pneumonia and he could be looking at being hospitalized...not the first time this has happened here.
During a pandemic you would expect staff to be more considerate. Instead they have a very sarcastic woman at the front door who I watched be extremely rude to three people infront of me and then myself as well. She even yelled at me as I walked away. Are we really in this all together?
Worst service , and worst doctor
I am specifically reviewing the ultrasound/diagnostic imaging at this clinic. If I could give less than 1 star I would. They are exceptionally rude when answering phone calls and have no sense of professionalism. I had my 20 week ultrasound done at this clinic because it is close to my home and also this is where I pick up my prescriptions, which I had to do, so why not get both done at once I thought. Unfortunately when it came time to meet with my midwife team and go over my ultrasound results they were sent as a blanks (no information was filled out) to my midwife team. The team then reached out several times via phone/fax to the Oshawa clinic to no avail. Eventually I was able to get a hold of diagnostic imaging who then said they would have to look into asking the radiologist to go over the i formation. No one called me back and once again I had to advocate for myself and call back a third time to see if the receptionist actually did what she said she would do. She proceeded to tell me that they sent the information out and when I asked her if I could have the information read to me Over the phone she laughed and said “no they don’t do that”. I am SURE that if any one of these people were pregnant and desperately wanting to know their results they too would be frustrated that no one seems to be doing their job and passing the buck along. Do NOT go to this clinic.
If there was a minus star I would of used it. Went to this clinic Thursday Dec 19 in the morning. Feeling nauseous and had pain on my right side. Nobody in waiting room, took me right away. I will use the word Doctor for the man that came in. Quack is the word I prefer. He quickly touched my side. He was rude, unprofessional. He proceeded to tell me it was probably appendicitis but cannot tell. I proceeded asking for a blood test or ultra sound. His response was results would take to long and better to go to hospital at some point and left. How professional is that!! Please avoid this place.
worst doctors ever
Just terrible !!!
You arrive at this clinic and there are literally 4 different signs indicating when this building opens... rather typical of Ontario health care industry. No money or inclination to provide proper services to the public.
Visited dr leungs office annd got my perscriptions
