This company falsified documents to my insurance company. They told me I was receiving one service but was actually seeing an unqualified therapist. When asked for reimbursement as they lied to me about the service I was seeing, they told me they mailed a cheque and never did and would not reimburse me the money after a verbal confirmation saying they would. I only spoke with the women who is part owner of the business but she was rude, disrespectful and refused to answer my questions. For someone who deals with anxiety and went to their business to help with that, they have only caused more harm. Do not use their services !!!

If you have anxiety do not go to this place. The wait time is vary long and that doesn't help for someone with anxiety

I have had such great treatment from this very efficient and ethical facility surrounding some serious depressive issues. If you are suffering make the call.... I know it call be tough but once your in their hands you will feel the difference. Thanks Hank and Jeff

The receptionist Cathy is friendly and empathetic. I have found Marlene Kirby-Schugt to be a very good therapist, very no nonsense and to the point, but very empathetic, understanding and reassuring. I have seen a lot of therapists in my life time and she is one of the best!

Horrible service. I waited 6 months before a psychologist treated me for my depression. Even worse customer service is horrible. I dont recommend it.

I didnt have a good experience with this office. I've seen 3 of the doctors here and was unimpressed by them all. The doctors run late, end your appointment early and charge you an arm and leg to do it. I've even had them check their phone messages during my session. Very unprofessional. I will not be coming back here and I dont recommend this place.
