Which psychiatrist would release a patient, knowing that that patient is in desperate need of help and suicidal? We have been hoping to get my son into Ontario Shores for over a year now, today a psychiatrist on duty at Lakeridge Hospital told my son that Ontario Shore will not do anything to help him so he will send him home, where he might be able to accomplish his suicidal thoughts. He might as well give him a gun so he can shoot himself. Who the hell was this doctor?

Dr. Kwamie is amazing. I wish my daughter had him instead of Dr. Dharia..who is killing my daughter slowly with all these pills she prescribes...now my grandchildren are losing their mother because of this. She is a zombie...from morning until night. Falls asleep while talking....its really bad. I dont know what to do anymore. Ilive 12 hrs away. Came there twice and because this terrible pill pushing dr. Dharia prescribes all these horrible drugs my daughter says its ok. They make her pass out constantly while having her one year old baby that needs her to tske care of him. Please dr. Kwamie help....I'm begging you to help

I would give a big zero star if they would allow it, however I'm obligated I suppose to at least give one. If you want a caring, understanding doctor to listen to you and help you do not see Dr. Kwamie, that is not what you will recieve. He wants to collect money and then more money, as a person he takes very little interest in you. I'm a person suffering from severe anxiety with trouble committing to scheduled times, I understand this is not ideal for a doctor's office but he is a psychiatrist and for years I was fooled into thinking he was helping me and cared when in reality it's only been the medication all along because without any warning he dropped me as a patient because of missed appointments. I was left and still am at this point without anyone I can trust because he is heartless. I didn't purposefully miss appointments, I needed to be there but my condition which I don't understand myself prevented me and I know he truly knows that but it doesn't matter to him. If you really need help and want truthful advise, Dr. Kwamie is definately not someone that has your best interests in mind, there must be sometime out there that will. With my condition though I don't have the courage to find anyone so I suffer alone.
