Dr Thassanapaff is very compassionate, and a great listener. She really takes your concerns seriously, and provides clear instruction for treatment, as well as consistent follow up. I have found her to be open to answering questions, very good with my child (4 years old), and Lisa her assistant is also so great! They are very timely in getting back to you, often able to see my son in the same day or next day. When we were initially referred to her, her wait time was substantially shorter than other doctors. She is very thorough I would highly recommend Dr Thassanapaff.

Try calling their office just to find out if they are accepting new patients or not - and you will find a long excruciating 3 minutes voice mail message (with no pay of bypassing it) with a hundred caveats, terms, and conditions - at the end when you have finally been able to tolerate it before the beep - it says we are not accepting new patients. Ridiculous. Waste of time when someone is looking for a Pediatrician for their child. They could have easily said it from the get go.
