I fell and shattered my upper arm. It was the day after Xmas and the emergency surgery by Dr. Dessouki was done well after midnight. When I woke up in a hospital bed wearing a massive slab cast about 8 a.m., Dr. Dessouki appeared suddenly and asked me with concern if I could move my fingers as he had had to move a large nerve to reassemble my arm bone. I was shocked to see him as he must have been up all night or had had two or three hours of sleep at most. I asked him "do you ever sleep??" He just laughed a little. I have fifteen screws in my arm and I have fully recovered with full arm and hand function. Dr. Dessouki was fantastic.

An amazing doctor. He treated my mom and did a total knee replacement. This is her second knee replacement, but 1st time with Dr. Dessouki. My mom has not stopped raving about him. The surgery was 10X better than the first one (that was done by another doctor). She is 6 weeks post surgery and feeling amazing. He was always a call or msg away and answered any and all questions. Great range of motion and bending. An amazing doctor with great technique, and the best bedside manners I’ve have ever experienced! I had a full hip replacement on March 13, 2019 and the surgery went fantastic, Dr Dassouki was awesome to deal with his bedside manner was amazing, you hear all the time that surgeons are not approchable welll not with this doctor he was great. I had heard that he was amazing but others told me to go to Toronto that they were better there, but because of the reviews I read and after meeting him I knew I was going to wait for this doctor. My wait time was quite long but worth every minute the surgery went great I was up and functioning within 2 weeks it's been 5 weeks now and I'm driving and barely using a cane the scar is barely noticeable. I am going to have my left hip done hopefully not right away but I would never go to anyone else this doctor is more then amazing so please if you want a great experience with a great doctor Omar Dassouki is the one to go see His secretary Laurie is also amazing she is a very busy lady in this office but always answers all your questions and is a joy to deal with. Great professional , friendly person, cares for patients. I had arthroscopy performed on my knee by dr Dessouki. It went exactly how dr Dessouki explained to me. Everything went smoothly without any setbacks or complication during and after the surgery. My knee is back in good shape and my life returned to normal. I couldn't believe that the result can be so good .

I did not get the opportunity to thank Dr. Dessouki in person and want to take this opportunity to do so. I am a 53yr old paraplegic and managed to break my femur at the hip. Dr. Dessouki performed surgery on my hip and l was discharged from hospital 36hrs later. The surgical site is clean and has almost completely healed. I cannot thank Dr. Dessouki enough. He is an amazing orthapedic surgen.

Great Dr, Omar was pretty cool and up front and has a good casual approach meaning not too stuffy to be asked real burning question like doc why the hell do I still hurt so much lol lol. Lori recepitionist is always ready with appointment times and scheduling and will remeber to take notes to ask Omar questions she can get back to you with.

On October 29th, doctor dessouki conducted a right knee replacement on me.you will not find a better,kinder and gentler you than Dr dessouki.i am home after only one overnight stay at Lakeridge,in pain but overwhelmed with his efficiency.thanks also to the staff on the 6th floor,for their great work and care during these times THANK You all for what you did to help me out.Peter Campbell
